Didnt want to believe these reviews but..... Here I am previous appointment got cancelled somehow and now Im waiting 25 minutes for an appointment via telehealth and Im completely helpless to do anything about it. I didnt want to do telehealth but they assured me everything would be fine. I just get to wait until I get that same reply on this review from the owner that says the same thing to everyone else. If you actually care about your mental health find somewhere else theres no way Ill be using this facility anymore. People deserve better.

Some of the front desk staff here are rude. I have had numerous scheduling difficulties despite regularly scheduling with my provider in session the front desk would claim I dont have appointments that I have the times wrong or there are no openings. Previously one of my appointment times was changed unbeknownst to me and I arrived late when I thought I was on time. The front desk lady lacked any sense of compassion or customer care something any office providing mental health services should have in spades. I was later told that my provider wasnt even informed I had arrived at all. Im sure the providers here could be helpful if they had openings and the scheduling system was way smoother but I cant get past working with front desk staff who treats their patients without kindness and with a lack of respect for my time.

Its hard to really rate this place. I had an appt with Dr. Cross and she was great but when I called the office to sch a FU the receptionist picked up the phone with just an annoyed hello and I had to ask if this was Carolina Psychological just to be sure as typically its more professional for a clinical office to answer the phone with the clinics name their name and asking how they can assist you. I did not get that. After I asked if this was the correct place I got an annoyed yes and when I asked about scheduling a FU as I was seen almost two weeks ago the women seemed yet again annoyed that I was bothering her during work hours. She told me that they are doing their calls now to get FUs scheduled when I asked how long it takes to get a follow up she says it could be two weeks or even longer and she kind of laughed it off.I will say when I first called this office to have a NP appt I can only assume its the same receptionist she had told me then that they were booked out 6-12 months. At that point I said thats fine I will find some where else to go. Then another women called me within a couple of days stating that their receptionist was new and she probably just didnt know that there were open appointments she then had me sched to be seen within a week .My phone calls are almost 4 weeks apart and Im still getting the same treatment from the receptionist which is extremally concerning as this is an office to help treat people with depression and anxiety. The way she picks up the phone and communicates is unprofessional and is concerning.Again provider was great but the person who is the first point of contact for your office is not. I truly hope that this changes as I can see this being a very big red flag for patients and cause them to take their care else where.I would love to give this place 4 stars for the provider but as of right now I feel I am being generous with 3.

Horrible experience with this office as far as following up with Dr. E. I have yet to obtain a record of my daughters visit which was months ago. I am very disappointed with their services. If you have a child needing help I highly recommend looking elsewhere for mental health services.

Dr. Cox is by far the absolute worst doctor Ive ever had. Both appointments Ive had she has rushed me out of cut me off stood at her door within 5-7 minutes of me sitting down. Today she didnt know about any of my previous history seemed confused the entire time and when i asked about serotonin syndrome an issue literally every one of my previous doctors addressed she was like oh that is a possibility like she just remembered that combining two medications we were talking about could lead to dangerous side effects.After I had a bad reaction with a medication she prescribed I called and left a message and she never got back to me. 5 days later I finally called the front office again they were super helpful and got me as soon as they could. My 5 minute appointment consisted of her shuffling papers muttering and then standing up and telling me that in a couple weeks I can take a test that will help determine what will work for me. I asked about another medication in alliance with my treatment and she immediately dismissed me again as shes standing up with her foot holding the door open youre not allowed to ask questions ask for explanation of your treatment or anything without her getting short with you. I had questions concerns and I wanted to talk more about my treatment because Ive spent over 200 on medications the past 2 months that have made me really ill. None of this mattered. I requested my records and Ill find another office that will take the time to let me finish my sentences.Dr Robert I believe its segall or Seagal i saw him for several months and he was attentive.Im updating my review to detail the ridiculous 2 month saga that has become of this whole thing.1st edit I cant see another doctor until they release my records. Ive expressed how desperately I need my medication for my mental health treatment. Ive since been unable to continue continue work and school these people do not care if you live or die. I just need my anti depressants from another doctor and they wont help me.2.The front staff while polite in the beginning have become so rude as Ive had to call weekly trying to get updates on my records. I have been begging these people to release my medical records for 2 months now. Ive been so polite during this whole thing because i am desperate to get these records. The lady Burma I think her name is borderline cruel as I was in tears just trying to get an answer about my records so I can get my medication. She was sighing in annoyance and being short with me saying they had been released the 19th of October which is strange because when I spoke to her last week week of Halloween she raised her voice at me saying that she was waiting on the Dr. and theres nothing she can do about it.She then today Nov 6th was incredibly rude to me as I called to check because i had just gotten off the phone with record quest and they said that they hadnt received the records still. She was highly annoyed with me and said we sent them on October 19th but that wasnt her story on the 30th. I call BACK to record quest and AS IM ON THE PHONE WITH THEM she says oh We just got an email from your provider 4 minutes ago they released your recordsWhich is it Burma Was it the 19th or last week or today which makes over 2 months since filling out a request This place honestly needs to be shut down. Im following up with a complaint with the state survey agency. No one should have to beg to and lose everything because their doctors office cant send an email.

A referral was placed in April. After months of back and fourth to figure out the referral we get an appointment a month out 5 months has elapsed at this point for an intake. We waited weeks for a return call and finally called them ourselves only to be told that our intake was never processed. Now we are at six months out and still absolutely nothing. The only person who can make appointments is apparently on vacation so after six months of this nonsense we are being asked to wait weeks more to get our very first appointment. Good luck everyone. After reading these reviews and having my own experiences with this service it is very clear that they give you mental health issues instead of helping them.

I had one session with Lori Brown and before it was over she was judging me and telling me we werent a good fit when she hadnt even gotten to understand me or my situation or how I communicate. I dont think anyone should go to her unless you already have everything figured out or want to pay to be judged.

Such a great team great therapists and doctors. Definitely recommend them Helpful from therapy to mental health crisis. Lot of paperwork in the beginning...

My experiences with the receptionists nurses doctors and my counselor Regina have always been excellent Very professional and caring staff. My wait times have never exceeded 15-20 min. Im not sure why some patients have not been satisfied. Your attitude and personality have a lot to do with how others treat you. I definitely recommend them.

Cancelled my 2nd appt without telling me. Only care about getting your insurance money and incredibly unprofessional.Entire office is outdated and run down smelled like it hadnt been cleaned since the days people were allowed to smoke in buildings. Patients clearly prevent the front desk staff from carrying about their day. Provider area is claustrophobic and you can still hear other conversations.

first time coming here for my initial appointment they send you a ton of paper work prior to the appt that doesnt even show the full screen when accessing...

Wow what can I say about this place other than its completely horrible understaffed unorganized and unreliable. My son was referred here for ADDADHD...
