I hold an abiding belief that no matter how difficult a person's circumstances may be, it is possible to produce meaningful change. I walk with my client on a unique journey towards self-enhancement, wellness and goal attainment. My theoretical basis takes into consideration the developmental stage of not only the individual but the family as well. In this effort, we explore the emotional and psychological demands of individuation and adaptive coping development. Ultimately, my job is to work myself out of a job, so that you can feel self-assured to carry on without my intervention.
