Dr. Busto is fantastic She has provided the best care imaginable for our son for years and given us solid advice that we trust.

Me and my son went in today for a referral for an ENT and to follow up on his recurring throat infections. Lets just say I would never visit any doctor other than Dr. Busto. This man doctor questioned me on why I was requesting an ENT. to me its apparent that when a child has recurring throat infections nose and inflammation there should be a referral for that child to see a specialist. When I decided to speak up to request a referral the doctor says when responding Im not here to fight with you huh Do I give the impression that I want you fight....maybe being a black woman meant I was looking for a fight. I only gave 2 stars because the front office woman was very polite.

Dr Busto is the best pedestrian she is so amazing with my special needs daughter we moved over a hour away and will always continue seeing her I will never take my daughter elsewhere.

This doctors office does NOT care about your child. Not a single person in this office was any help to me at all. Had to call higher up to make sure they know how horrible they are. If I could put negative stars I would. Thank you for absolutely nothing.TIP Next time a patient asks you for something as simple as faxing a piece of paper over to another doctor when theyre right there in person dont tell them you cant and then when they follow up the next day AGAIN to do it dont tell them they need to come in person to sign a piece of paper when they had CLEARLY asked you the day before to do it and you refused

Dr. Busto is thorough and proactive when it comes to finding care for my sons special needs and those of his twin sister. Any concern that I have ever had about my childrens health such as autism speech hearing or vitamin deficiencies have been met with referrals to other doctors specializing in these fields. Dr. Busto has gone above and beyond in helping me with finding resources and benefits that I never even knew were available. If I arrive with any questions they are all answered or followed up on. If I leave a message asking to talk to her its responded to within the day.The staff at the front desk are also very helpful and professional. I have never had any issues when calling or visiting her office. They are always courteous when helping me to schedule an appointment and the nurses are great with my children during visits.I can not say enough good things about Dr. Busto. I think she is amazing and she has helped me and my family tremendously. Dr. Busto is a doctor that you can trust to find that your childrens health needs issues are met and you will leave her office knowing that she genuinely cares for their well being.

Dr Carla Busto is thee best pediatrician I have ever met. She is wonderful and caring. My 9 month old daughter went to her with open arms and wanted her to hold her the whole visit. She is the only Dr that actually seems to take an interest in the symptoms and not just chalk it up to a common cold but really take the time to find out what is going on. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars Thank you Dr Busto You make me feel confident that my kidd health are a priority and they are being well looked after

Yeah the staff is OK but Dr Busto is awesome. We see her all the time. sometimes I wait 30 mins and other things 15mins.... just depends on the day. After all the Dr appointments we have been to this isnt bad at all. I would say the staff could be a little nicer. Dr Busto has showed interest in my sons health and really is on it when he needs something. Countless times she has seen me cry and frustrated yet she has comfort me and lets me know everything will be ok. I was a little surprised on her reviews but it seems the staff is killing it for her. As far as the phones I agree most of the time is hard to get a hold of them but they always return my phone call that day or the next morning. A big thanks mainly to Carla Busto with out you I would be a reck lol.

Im a mother of 5 and all of my children have been seen here. Being that it takes weeks to get an appointment I usually take my kids to A urgent care. Nevertheless my son needed a referral for speech therapy. Finally got an appointment. We arrived early. I handed the receptionist my ID which had expired last month. She handed it back and said we cant see him because youre ID has expired. I couldnt believe that my 8 year old was denied services because my ID was expired. I know that Im in their system and nor was I requesting any sort of control meds. I also explained that he started to have swelling in his leg. I spoke with the office supervisor. With a smile she explained that we cant see him. Unbelievable. I took my son to urgent care where he received an antibiotic for the infection in his leg. Still no referral.

Once they actually answer their phone and you schedule an appointment for a physical exam one would think its free of charge with the new laws in place as well as the office staff confirming an annual physical exam has no co-pay and will not cost anything. However during that exam once they go off topic about something other than the physical exam its a charge and no one advises you of this you simply get a 35 bill in the mail. You call the billing department to find out why you were charged a 35 fee for a physical that was supposed to be free they say they cant talk about it only the office that provided the care can explain. You call the office and they dont pick up their phone when you have a question about a bill and once you get a hold of someone they pass you over to the branch manager Michelle who is not available to talk. You leave her 3 messages and no return call. Meanwhile youre stuck with another letter coming in the mail saying youre past due 60 days. They have no issues taking money. These crooks knew what they were doing when they made that referral. I am disgruntled and will never go back NEVER EVER AGAIN - EVER.
