Caring Inc hire and fire like you change your pants because they cant keep good employees they find there employees out of jail .hoping they can get their charges disappear so they can work here they need to be closed down..

I actually work for the Company I just wish that it was unlimited over time I love to work

I applied to work for this company a year ago. I completed my training and was told that I would be given a person to care for. After completion of the program I did not receive my certificate or was given anybody to care for. I tried to contact my boss Ellen Flynn multiple times and did not receive an answer from her. Everytime I contacted the office they would say that Ellen or the other bosses were not in. She completely forgot about me. I do not recommend working for the company. They will forget about you and will not acknowledge your existence. They are completely unprofessional.

They hire anyone off the street with no credentials and they are so uncaring. Rather have my worst enemy taking care of ppl than the ones that work here.

Great company They really care about have a great for their clients
