Do not bring your child to this center . If your autistic child has challenging behavior issues such as mildmoderate aggression andor property destruction issues . The operation team manager Heather Nancy and therapist Erica will kick your child out of the center and request services be anywhere else but the center . On the initial assessment with the therapist Erica i advise her my daughter had issues with property destruction and aggression and those were concerns that I wanted to be addressed During the course of treatment my daughter did manage to kick walls and cause minor property destruction. Heather and Erica kept harassing me that I would be financially responsible for the damage . Also informed me my child would no longer be attending center based therapy because of the PD until her behavior improves. caused a lot of stress and obviously they were treating my child indifferently . Although I escalated this issue to the corporate office I felt the director did not really resolve any issues . In addition heather Nancy or Erica never attempted to resolve this issue but on the contrary Erica was quick to email me dates and pictures of when the incidents took place .As a parent of an autistic child this was very upsetting . I spoke with Autism Advocates and both suggested I remove my daughter from this center they failed my daughter You expect this type treatment from organizations that are not familiar with neurodivergent children but not from an organization that claims to help the autism community. . Although the center had a high turn over of techs .I gave one star because the behavior techs were always sweet to my daughter.
