Ive got the service for 2 years from CARD department in different location not this location. We want to change to different autism center because they seem EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED. But we ended up staying here a bit longer than we thought thinking that as soon as we move to the different state we wont see them anymore. The therapist didnt even show up WITHOUT GIVING ME NOTICE not only once but MULTIPLE times. The office staff said the therapist was sick and THEY BILLED US FOR THE DATES THAT MY SON DIDNt even get the therapies. There were many turnover rates. The bill was fully covered by the insurance and we have the SAME insurance but they started charging us CRAZY AMOUNTS since we moved to the different state. Im not sure if thats because they higher the salary for therapist or because of inflation. The billing lady keeps saying check your insurance The therapist is mostly busy working on iPAD reports rather than focusing on his lessons. The billing department lady said she would report to her boss but she didnt do anything and just keep asking me to pay the crazy amount. Whenever there was scheduling issue I had to shoot 3 emails to his supervisor schedule lady and a different office lady not knowing who is responsible for scheduling. The supervisor asked me to pull him out from his school but I think speech therapy could have helped him much better than ABA therapy. There was a 11 parent zoom meeting that they didnt even give me the notice.Overall I wont recommend this company. There were a few therapists who were impressive though.

Company is in decline the company has forgotten its mission and operates only to their financial benefit doesnt look out for the employees and definitely does not look for the well being of our children. It only operates as a corporate that makes money.

Being a past employee no pics will be added I experienced some of the inner-workings. CARD has the best data-taking app Ive seen at any ABA company Ive been in. Makes communication between clinical supervisors and a team of therapists quick and easy and easy for data to be reviewed. The social focus of the clinics having the kids together works for the most part in having opportunities to interact with others and for supervisors to observe train and give feedback. Home-based sessions made that considerably more difficult but still important to involve families. The 40hr program to become an RBT is a fantastic option for those looking to continue in the field but beware theyve priced that as gold-standard so if you leave employment youll likely have to repay some of it.Staffing schedules are a challenge for any ABA company and CARD isnt different. If a student is young and not in school yet their prescription yes ABA is actually a medical prescription may be 20-30 hrswk in order to build up those neurons. But if a family missescancels staff may be out those hours. School-aged kiddos are the most popular so the most common hours are after school so staff can only work with one client a day during that time...a challenge to get many opportunities. The families that opened up their schedule and kept in regular communication were the easiest to meet both family and staffing needs.Being such a large corporation theres some occasional perks but large corporations are so removed from the client and the families. At the time of my departure the goal of the Corp. was opening as many new clinics as possible. My constant internal discussion with higher-ups was focusing on the families already in sessions and providing to them the promises made during intakes. The changes med. insurances were making to save the almightywas making it difficult to actually provide the support being promised to families. I enjoyed the year I spent with this mostly college-aged staff and I wish them all and all the families we served the best of luck as we all move forward

Really wish I could get ahold of someone in upper management if you work for a living this is not the place to bring your children..Been a constant battle with them dropping the ball every 6 months I then have to do their jobs and call my insurances to get the ball rolling againSo frustrating

Our son attended for several months. The therapist seemed to be you g children who had been trained to just play with him. Our therapist was changed three times. The program director did not seem empathetic to our family structure of being divorce and in two households. I attended every monthly meeting and regularly had my son in attendance. Since my ex-husband was unable to participate due to the distance of his work our son was asked not to return because they wanted both parents in person at the meetings. I had so much hope but I am so disappointed and feel very discriminated against.
