My son attended here for a few months after school and it was horrible. Our therapist wasnt trained to be handling autistic children. The director is rude . We quit awhile ago and I STILL get emails as if Im signing up or are still enrolled I call them and they wont tell me if Im unenrolled or not. Ann says she will call me to let me know if I have unenrolled but never does. Worst experience ever please look for another place for your child.I will update my review if anyone ever gives me a call or lets me know if they have ever unenrolled my child....

I would not recommend this organization or this office. As for the office it is under-decorated sterile feeling and echoey. The management of the office is not great. The supervisor lacks people skills whether it was the patronizing way that she spoke to therapists or being unresponsive to parents. We loved Cathy the therapist. As for the organization as a whole totally ignoring parents or failing to follow up seems to be an acceptable practice across all depts. We had a difficult time getting responses from the NRH supervisor the regional managers the billing dept the billing dept supervisors etc. The billing dept is a total nightmare. Its impossible to get an invoice with true transparency and the billing is delayed by about 3 months. Even more suspicious is the fact that we are receiving emails to get signatures for therapy on dates AFTER we already cancelled. The worst part is that I cannot detach myself from this place because no one has truly acknowledged that we have quit therapy. We continue to receive emails and we cannot get ANY answers about our outstanding balance. When will it end
