Our son started at Capable Cubs just about as soon as they opened after he was diagnosed. The BCBAs and teachers are absolutely the most kind and caring people and are truly invested in all of the childrens progress and success. The facility is beautiful clean and very welcoming. The parent training meetings have been so encouraging and helpful to help generalize skills and are great for brainstorming new programs and activities that can develop and improve existing or new skills. We feel so lucky to have found Capable Cubs and such incredible and supportive therapists on what can be a confusing and complicated journey. Our sons progress has been noticeable and truly changed our life.

I have been working at Capable Cubs since July of 2021. After interviewing with many center- based ABA companies accepting a position here was a no-brainer. Coming from someone who has been in the field for many years the amount of effort and care each BCBA puts into each client is unmatched. The BCBAs are able to individualize each clients goals because of the companys policy on having small case loads. BCBAs have time built into their days to spend with each client compared to other ABA service providers where supervision occurs biweekly or less. The clinical director Marissa goes above and beyond for the clients here. She has worked closely with several well-deserving families to ensure that their transition after their time at Cubs is as smooth as possible. Of course as each clients journey is different a smooth transition is often difficult. However Ive never met someone who takes goes BEYOND her required duties taking time after work hours to help families to make sure each child is in the best place possible when they leave. If you are thinking about a job in ABA or sending your child to Capable Cubs for ABA services. Do it. Dont even think twice. It was the best decision Ive ever made for myself.

Hands down the best decision Ive made was to place my children at Capable Cubs. My 2 kids are polar opposites both with ASD. This place is different than any other facility or home program. They offer group instruction classrooms as well as private classrooms circle time gym time Zumbamusic class. The facility is clean and bright and organized with a motor room on site speech and OT is available so its a one stop shopThey care and most importantly they listen. My kids are thriving with social interactions attention speech motor skills and academic skills. We have an amazing group of parents and we all work together to plan out of school activities in the community to further help out generalization. Getting the ASD diagnosis can seem extremely overwhelming and emotional and Capable Cubs eases all of your worries I have the option to enroll my kids in our public school districts autism program and I refused to do so because of how well they are doing at cubs and how happy and supported they are.
