Introduction
I’m an occupational therapist with seven years of experience providing care across the lifespan in inpatient, clinic-based, in-home, and virtual settings. I specialize in pediatric mental health, ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and feeding therapy, using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to support children and their families.
I am passionate about helping children better understand themselves, develop confidence in their unique strengths, and build practical skills that support participation in everyday life. Whether we're working on emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory needs, feeding challenges, or daily routines, I believe meaningful progress happens through connection, collaboration, and individualized support. I partner closely with caregivers to develop realistic strategies that reduce stress, build confidence, and create sustainable change at home, school, and in the community.
My approach recognizes that every child's brain, body, and experiences are different. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where children feel understood and empowered, and where caregivers feel heard, respected, and equipped with tools they can confidently use beyond our sessions.
Colleagues and families describe me as empathetic, patient, and easy to connect with. I value building authentic relationships and helping families navigate challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical solutions.
Outside of clinical practice, you can usually find me out walking with my dog, exploring new ideas in occupational therapy and mental health, or working on my next creative project.
At this time, I offer virtual services. Virtual services are offered through use of HIPAA compliant virtual platforms.
Telehealth allows for highly individualized coaching and real-time problem solving, helping families build practical strategies that feel realistic, sustainable, and easier to implement consistently.

Innovative: I’m always looking for creative, individualized ways to support each child and family. Whether we're working on emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, ADHD, or feeding, I adapt my approach to fit each family's unique strengths, goals, routines, and everyday challenges, ensuring strategies are both meaningful and sustainable.
Collaborative: I believe the best outcomes happen when therapy is a team effort. I value partnering closely with children, parents, caregivers, educators, and other providers to develop practical, realistic strategies that support participation across home, school, and community environments. Together, we create plans that empower families and promote lasting success beyond therapy sessions.
Passionate: I am deeply committed to helping children better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. I strive to create a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming, and judgment-free environment where children feel safe to learn and grow, and where families feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life more successful.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
I help children and their families build the skills they need to participate more confidently and successfully in everyday life.
I am especially well suited to support:
- Children with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, or sensory processing differences that impact daily routines, school participation, and family life
- Infants and children with feeding challenges, including picky eating, oral motor differences, sensory-based feeding difficulties, and expanding food variety
- Parents and caregivers seeking practical, neurodiversity-affirming strategies they can confidently implement at home to support their child's development and independence
- Families navigating mealtime stress, transitions, emotional or behavioral challenges, and everyday routines who value collaboration, education, and individualized support
- Children who benefit from strengths-based, play-based, and family-centered interventions that promote confidence, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation across home, school, and community settings
I do my best work with clients and families who are curious, open to trying new approaches, and ready to work together to make meaningful changes that last.
