Excellent audiologists Dr Richards is professional skilled knowledgeable and kind. Dr Richards fitted both my husband and me with hearing aids. She knew exactly what we needed. The systems and follow-up schedules they have in place are very thorough and make sense. Highly recommend Callier Center and Dr. Richards.

My visit this morning with Dr. Richards was extremely professional. I found her to be very likable and look forward to our next visit. I am encouraged that my hearing difficulties are in good hands and that the improvements in my hearing will enable me to work with increased confidence in my future job productivity Thanks Dr. Richards.

Our son had a hearing test hes 3. Its hard for him to understand how to do it. The Callier Center did a fantastic job and made it fun for him and was still able to get an accurate read on him.

Wonderful. The only place that offers group speech therapy in a structured environment via the Talking Toddlers and the PLDP programs. You can get individual speech therapy anywhere but group speech therapy is what you need for social engagement and peer interaction. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience beginning with scheduling my appointment. Giovanna was helpful setting up my testing sending me the forms to fill out and greeting me on my arrival. Dr. Andrea Gohmert made me feel very comfortable and explained each test. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional but also witty. She gave me an overview of her findings when we finished which was very reassuring and appreciated. I highly recommend the Callier Center.Sue Matkin

I would give it ZERO stars if so could.....I used to go here for my son who was born with hearing loss and needs hearing aids. I was going to them since he was 6 months old until he was 8 years old. Now I refuse to ever go back and make sure I tell others. Jennifer Carlock was terrible to memy son. Here it goes.....I always paid out of pocket for my sons expenses so I always had a small revolving bill and paid what I could each month. I went to get my son new ear molds as this is nothing new for a young growing child. We got the ear molds made waited 2 weeks for them to come then called Jennifer to see if they were in. She said since I had a revolving bill of around 200.00 that if I wanted my sons ear molds I had to pay the balance and the cost of the new molds around 100.00 right then and there so I could get my sons new ear molds. As a single Mom doing it alone 300.00 is a lot of money for me. Well I couldnt come up with it and refused to go see them again after almost 8 years of business. Why in the world was the audiologist talking to me over the phone about my bill. That should be none if her business as it was between me and the finance department. Its been about 2 years since this all happened and it still disgust me when I think about this place. So I had to write a review as I am a big Google reviewer. I also have familyfriends in the deaf community and make sure they know this place is all about money and not helping at all. Go somewhere else please
