Callier Center for Communication Disorders - Richardson Campus

I had a wonderful visit to the Callier Center Dallas. I had confused the two locations and Lucy at the front desk graciously located another doctor to accommodate me. Dr. Harris was so nice and made the hearing test an enjoyable experience. I am happy to return for a follow up.

Dr Amanda Foster is AMAZING We loved working with her. Not only did she go above and beyond explaining to us exactly what our daughters hearing was like she was so kind to our daughter and patient with us and all our questions. She was always calming and her experience shined through during testing and as she taught us how to use the hearing equipment. I cannot recommend working with her enough She has made what was a scary experience something enjoyable and surely light. Thank you Dr. Foster Our family will forever be grateful for you and our interactions.

My niece recommended using Callier for my Mothers hearing aids. They have never fit right and shes had to send them off multiple times due to breakage. Now theyve had one of her hearing aids for at least 3 months and we cant contact them. Weve called dozens of times and they just hang up on us. Ill try to call after Christmas and if they dont answer Ill take legal action. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Our experience was on time thorough and helpful. I love my new hearing aids and I know that I can contact them for help ion the future if I have any trouble. Great experience.

We are so happy that we choose the Callier Center for Communication to complete our 5 month olds hearing screening. The ladies were extremely kind patient professional and gentle with our daughter.
