California Spectrum Service

As someone who works in the medical field and has also worked with special education students I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They do not care about your child regardless of what they say because their actions prove otherwise. I was referred out in July of 2022. I called and scheduled same month and was scheduled for December of 2022. I was rescheduled twice soon after making that appointment for 012023. I took my child in for an evaluation in hopes of getting results before the next upcoming school year but it doesnt seem likely. We are now entering month 4 of no results. I am not understanding the way this company runs. There is absolutely no structure or sense of urgency. My childs primary physician has requested records and also received no response from them. Thats the equivalent to my patients needing help and me waiting until I felt like it to help them MAYBE. There needs to be some sort of revaluation with all employees because it seems as if they are in the wrong profession. I never leave reviews EVER but my kids and their health and education are my priority and at this point I feel like this company is playing games. Each time I call the lady who goes over everything is always out of the office. I leave VM no responses. So its clearly a staffing issue. Not dependable. Every other place I have contacted gives 1-2 weeks MAX for results so I am not understanding why it is taking months. I need someone to contact me and I would like Records faxed over as soon as possible completed or not. I can provide a phone number and fax number where they can be sent. This is so unprofessional and the worst patient care I have ever experienced. Take your kids somewhere else cause youll get absolutely no where with these people.

Very disappointed Waste of time.They were quick to evaluate. Took over 2 months for results. After being told they would be able to start service in a month they put us in a 6Month waiting list.Look elsewhere for services.

If you have to take your child for an AbA evaluation consider taking them somewhere else I took my son a month ago to get his evaluation and the gal said the report will be ready in 3 weeks . Well now its been a month since his appointment and they still have no word when theyll be able to have his results. They cant even give me a time frame when it will be finished because I guess the person who did them quit or is no longer working there . Now Im stuck while they find someone else to do it . After reading the rest of the reviews i will be looking for somewhere to get his treatment. Heads up stay away

I took my son here for an IEP test. It was determined he was Autistic and needed ABA therapy and Speech therapy. My son speaks but it can be very difficult to understand him. During the test I had to literally helped translating to the therapist what he was saying. He is so eager to get his point across he really tries. More than anything I want him to be able to communicate with us and the world. They submitted the IEP results to my insurance and submitted and authorization as well. I finally get approval and its only for ABA because the Doctor forgot to recommend Speech therapy All thru the notes it shows how its difficult to understand him how he will benefit from speech therapy how he should be in special education. It mentions his speech about 10 times However in the authorization and final recommendations Dr. forgot to ask for a Pathologist to see my son I called California Spectrum req to amend the notes and request Speech therapy. They said I had to go back to his pediatrician and basically go thru all this ordeal again repeat all the steps in order to submit a new authorization. They will not accept they made a mistake and Im just tired of going in circles. This is a horrible experience and more than anything they are hurting my son. You would think a company like this would advocate for special needs children and would want to help get the best possible help for them it really is sad.

Be sure to research for the best ABA company. It is crucial to bring in extra help for your child with ASD especially at a young age. Think twice before going with CSS.

To whom it may concern Horrible service I mean completely a rip off I got my service and I Literally paid 200 for service I only received a 35 credit and it showed on thier maps that it was not my fault I had no service for my house phone for my cable or for my WiFi for the very first three weeks They seriously should get Shut the hell down I am completely disgusted with spectrum and anything they have to offer I cant wait to turn In all of my equipment on Monday and speak with a manager about my credit I know I am owed way more I have called numerous times due to service not working and I still am demanded to pay 177 a month for service I do not think so I paid the 200 non refundable deposit to att it was worth it and I have at t now SPECTRUM YOU GUYS ARE RUTHLESS AND MONEY HUNGRY WE ARE SINGLE MOTHERS OUT HERE AND YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE. I strongly suggest you do not use theese spectrum services unless u want to be in debt and have no service.
