Founding Story
CSDS Executive Director, Richard Sochel, Doctor of Law, facilitates and directs all training, education, and support services. He holds several university degrees including business analysis, economics, law, management, and applied social psychology. He has worked in the disability field for more than twenty years including 10 years at Tri-Counties Regional Center as a bi-lingual Service Coordinator for adults and children, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Program Developer.
