California Pediatric Care - Upland

My kids have been coming here for 8 years and Dr. Patel and her staff are the best. She listens and isnt always quick to prescribe medicines. I highly recommend this doctor.

First time visiting the upland office. Making an appointment was easy the staff were friendly and was seen on time. The medical provider was thorough with her examination and educated us on my childs sickness.

Our first visit went great front desk staff was supper welcoming. Dr. Yin was so sweet and answered all of our questions. So happy I found the perfect pediatrician for my little one.

The medical assistant in the back office Ermelin is so great. She gave my kids shots and they did not cry. Love this place Dr Patel is amazing.

Love the doctor we have consistently been getting lately shes very attentive everyone in the upland location is nice as well and my 2 yr old has gotten comfortable now when going to get checked up

Started off frustrated since the clerk arrived late but Dr and nurse were amazing. It didnt even matter clerk was late anymore. Extremely thorough and listened to my concerns. Great experience. Hope to see the Dr and nurse again

Dr Sapna Patel is very good. She is very polite and very professional. She is very good with my daughter. She listens to all your problems explains everything she is going to do with your child. Best place for my daughter.

I have been coming since my son was born in 2018 and have always had a good service. I love Dr Patel and now Dr Miriam she explains everything so good.

The past 2 visits I have come here with my children I have been bypassed by everyone in the office from families that were there before me which is to be expected as well as families that have arrived after me. When I mentioned it and complained the 1st time to the receptionist and staff I was told I have to fill out the online portal to be officially checked in I was not relayed this until sitting there for quite some time. This last visit I was the last family in the lobby again I intentionally made sure to fill out the online portal beforehand to avoid being there for a long time. Once again I was not called until we people before me and after me were called. Unfortunately I feel now that the staffreceptionist are racist. I dont see any other way around why we have been treated in such manner almost as if we are invisible. However the doctorsNPs are wonderful I have had no complaints. We will not be coming back to the doctors office.

We were supposed to have an important prescription sent to the pharmacy and I have checked a few times. Theres nothing there. Tomorrow my daughter will officially be out of it and Im not sure what to do. I tried sending a message in the portal and its not possible.
