California Pediatric Care - Pomona

been trying to make a appointment for my son simce last tuesday and never got a answer literally was on the phone for 20min just waiting for someone to pick up and nothing this ridiculous

Had my sons first appointment today with Dr. Patel. It was great They were friendly listened to our concerns and most importantly they are trying to help my son who has many health issues. They ordered him labs and a referral to a specialist he needs. Im so thankful and praising God for our experience I had Kaiser for 15 years before this and always had to beg to get labs and referrals.

This place was amazing in the beginning but now its just hell. To simply get a form filled out is terrible the manager is absolutely rude and they never give the whole information. I dropped of a form that I desperately need last Thursday and now its Monday and I came to check if it was ready and of course I got the rude manager and she told me I need to wait 5-7 business days Like Im sorry why did no one mention this when I called last week to drop it off Some nurses are amazing but Im sorry that manager is absolutely rude and doesnt care about anything.

They are really nice and we didnt have to wait long for our appt. You really get really good genuine care here.

Great staff waiting time is excellent and doctor was very nice and kind with my two kids love this place

Love Dr. Patel and the NP they are very sweet. Also the staff but am giving 3 stars because the girl thats in front desk Grace is so rude. Hopefully Dr. Patel can see this and make some changesThe rest of the staff so polite and friendlyBeen taking my 4 kids since 2015

Dr Patels physician assistant Miriam was truly amazing I appreciate your help with my daughter after the scare we had I truly am thankful for you your prayer you did for us. Thank you thank you A million times thank you

The Dr and staff are nice but the lady who answers the phone has always been rude. Also this place is always out of immunizations which sucks because my kids need them to attend daycare so then I have to go somewhere else and wait all day to see if they can fit me in and pay out of pocket just so my kids to attend school. On top of that this is the only place Ive ran in to trouble with needing a copy of my childs medical records. I moved out of state and they cant email them to me and can only fax them which sucks because I dont have a fax machine but I have never had a problem with my kids past pediatricians emailing me their records.

I have been bringing all 4 of my kids to Dr Patel since my 1st was born. She truly loves the kids and I would recommend her to anyone. She now has 2 offices and I dont see her as often but her employees are all great We love you Dr Patel

Very sweet staff . Took my son for his vaccines . They allowed My oldest to pretend he was getting vaccines so my youngest wouldnt be afraid . They handled it very professional Very friendly and sweet staff overall with amazing customer service . I highly recommend this pediatrician Clinic.
