We have been visiting Cadenza Center over a month. I am very impressed with their service. I had some struggles with my insurance and they been helping me from the very beginning to resolve the issues. I love Xochi who is the scheduling coordinator. We also love our therapist Ms. Ashley Ms. Arille also was very very helpful. And yes we love her too. Everyone is very kind and attentive.

My experience here has been amazing The front desk representatives are very nice helpful and welcoming. If I have any issues in regards to appointments or insurance they help me resolve it in a timely manner. Also my therapist Maria is super nice seeing her has made my life less stressful. Overall the place is so relaxing and welcoming.

I have to start off with saying that the whole team is amazing theyve been so helpful with any questions Ive had very responsive and professional. I love that when Ive had to call back they handled it very effectively. I found Cadenza at a time in my life when I really needed it and felt that life was a lot I love my therapist and highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is NO GOOD and dont WASTE your time. I visited for almost 4 months weekly and my Therapist Maria and the Owner Michelle tell me near the end that they dont even specialize in my area of needs. WhatAfter four months of taking my session benefits which are limited you want to tell me thatAnd the therapist Maria mentioned it was my fault because I didnt specify what I wanted to work on when in fact we were clear on my symptoms since day ONE. She also became very rude and judgmental to me as time went on. Also right after my useless session the unprofessional manager named Arielle with a sarcastic and demanding demeanor asked for a cancellation fee of 75 without warning saying Im not respectful of the therapists time when in fact I had a stomach ache and couldve come in a little bit later. They also have canceled on me and claim it was my fault at the end.But to them its okay to cancel my appointments on short notice including one time when I was in the office After a little cough.The manager Arielle also hung up the phone on me when I wanted to speak to the owner Michelle saying things like youre a grown man and that she is not trained to deal with psychiatric patients like me. Huh Then wants to call back saying only to write an email because the owner said so and is a very busy woman. Ive never heard of a more unprofessional establishment in my life for mental health patients.If you are going through hardships in life this place will only make it worse in my experience. The people mentioned here are everything BUT understanding. Beware I feel like they made themselves happy by me giving them my benefits and money

Cadenza Center is an amazing place. My sons ABA therapist Jeanette has helped him so much. We will be forever grateful to her. It has truly made a huge difference I strongly recommend Cadenza Center for children with special needs.

The therapists talk around the issue not really solution oriented and then they charged me 30 for no shows when I didnt have any appointments scheduled....

Wonderful experience and welcoming staff...Ive been a client for 4 months. In the beginning I was immediately matched with a therapist to meet my own specific needs and Ive had nothing but great experiences every time we meet. The office staff is helpful when I need them and very personable and caring. Everyone has to find their own place thats right for them but Im very grateful to have found mine.

I cant say enough good things about Cadenza Center Liora is hands down the best BCBA Ive ever met incredibly caring and dedicated. Every therapist including Jeanette Xue Ariana and Alia has been outstanding in helping my daughter. Im sad to leave due to insurance issues but I highly recommend ABA therapy here.

I have the privilege of receiving therapy at Cadenza Center and it has been a truly transformative experience. My therapist is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate and understanding. She has created a safe and nurturing environment where I feel comfortable opening up and exploring my thoughts and feelings.The front desk staff Andrea Soshie are attentive empathetic and non-judgmental making the process much more meaningful. Soshie is always shining with her positive energy and good mood. I wish more people in this world were like her.Thanks guys for everything you do and the excellent patient care and customer service Ive witnessed you always provide.

I have been here since the time Covid19 started and they have been great to me The therapists really care about there patientsclients and willing to give homework so you can learn to manage your mental health better. Give it a chance because youll be giving yourself a chance.
