My son was struggling with communication and aggression. CABS has not only helped him learn how to manage difficulties but has helped our family household function better. Clinically the best place for any child or young adult. Other facilities just arent as attentive and involved personally to the individuals needs.

We had such a wonderful experience with C.A.B.S and the Itasca team. My son had exponential growth with his social skills while attending. It has had such big impact with him being able to make friends at school and as a result has definitely helped his self esteem. The therapists were always creative with making exercises fun and always changing them up so it never got repetitive. Im so grateful to our case manager Christina Fick for always being a big support and walking me through all the questions I had about ABA and also to Sammi who provided the most incredible therapy we could ask for. I highly recommend.

I worked at CABS in 2023 and absolutely loved the experience and the children who I helped daily. CABS taught me wonderful experience like how to manage behavior and how to help each individual with their own needs. CABS treated me great the staff I worked with was amazing and nice. CABS to where I ended up today I really am so lucky to have gained skill and experience with your company. The job I have today is because of the experience I had with you. Thank you I left CABS because of a change in residence. CABS is a great place to start if wanting to become an RBT BCBA or gain experience with children that have Autism.

17 employees left in 5 months. This place has a high turnover rate. The facility will constantly get you sick because of many unsanitary placesobjects and the company will penalize you for calling in sick with termination or cutting your income. They do not tell hourly employees from the beginning that they will only get paid by appointments and are not promised a consistent work schedule. If you switch over to salary they reduce your income by a couple thousand. The programs you run with clients are ridiculously silly. Everybody is just winging it including the supervisors when it comes to many clients behaviors. There is no universal procedure when a client gets in a behavior so a new employee will hear many different things on how to go about it. They keep taking in new clients when the place is extremally understaffed. They are desperate for employees so they are hiring anybody. If an issue occurred within the clinic you cannot rely on the HR coordinator for help because she is disconnected from the therapy sessions she does not know what occurs. Cristy the HR lady likes to point fingers and use profanity without fact checking anything. She fired and hired someone the same day not knowing it was the same person she fired. If you ever mention anything about a raise you can expect a pizza party instead. The amount of stress is not worth what you bring home per paycheck roughly 1140 after taxes. There is a heavy drinking culture at this place. Good people who are passionate about this type of work get burnt out quick and find somewhere else. Majority of the staff only work there out of necessity and would rather take a better opportunity if presented.

Our son was a client at CABS for 5 years. He was in great hands during both clinical and home based therapy. The level of training of staff was always exceptional. CABS took a collaborative and individualized approach with our family as our son has unique medical needs. His treatment and behavior intervention plans were comprehensive and reviewed on a regular basis. His BCBAs always made parent training enjoyable and collaborativecreating valuable strategies to help at home at in the community. I highly recommend CABS to anyone looking into ABA therapy.

I work at a local school district that has collaborated with CABS over the past 4 years. We had contracted with CABS to assist in completing a complex Behavior Intervention Plans for a couple of students. In one case ultimately the students family sought full time services at CABS for aggression and highly restrictive behaviors. The comprehensive service model level of training of staff and high level of behavior analytic services provided are exceptional. The student will be returning to school and has gained so many skills as a result of time at CABS to be successful at school. CABS open collaboration with the school district and family will further ensure a successful transition.

My son is 6 years old and has been attending CABS for the last 3 years. By far the best decision we ever made. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. He has made so much progress in so many different areas that we didnt think was possible. From speaking to potty training behavioral issues school transitioning home visits and more we owe it all to CABS. The staff is amazing they truly care about your child. I even chose to do half day kindergarten for my son so he can still go to the clinic after because I felt that was more beneficial for him. They have all become part of our family and we are forever greatful to them all.

I cant say enough great things about Amanda C.A.B.S. My son started with Amanda when he was around 8 years old working with him on behavior and learning. She has been with our family for almost 20 years now. She is spot on with what needs to be done and has great insight and advice on reaching each goal. I would of been at a loss if it was not for her. She is trustworthy and honest.and Im proud to say that my son works at C.A.B.S. now and is a proud employee. The school is clean and all the employees there are all professional and work very well with each child. We are proud to be a part of such a wonderful place where each employee really cares and works with each child with patience and care. I would highly recommend you will be extremely satisfied and happy with peace of mind.
