Called and left phone messages twice in past two weeks to make appointment. No return call. This place is Rated at a 4 online for a reason I suppose.

She told me I should be happy and I was fine. I have clinical depression.

Tara Mitchell is a very good counselor. She has listened to our needs and helped my child in many ways. I highly recommend Burns - Lilly Associates and Tara Mitchell who is a counselor there.

My significant other and I were supposed to have our first session there last Monday but we were told we would be rescheduled and would receive a call that day with a date and time of when our next appointment would be and we still have yet to hear back from them.

Kristina and Cathy are amazing and good hearted counselors. Would recommend to anyone for marriage or child counseling.

Good progress with my child and for that Im grateful. But...in the entire time weve been coming here either the front desk person or the counselor...usually both are 10 to 15 minutes late. Every. Single. Week.

Ive had awful luck with this office. Called numerous times to get my psych evaluation done 4 my bariatric surgery. They finally called me back and luckily I answered the phone. Went in for my evaluation and luckily a receptionist was there. After waiting 45 minutes I went up to the glass window and said is anybody here She moseyed up there taking her sweet time and I asked her did you forget about me And she said oh has the doctor not come out yet Really After he finally seen me he told me to give the test to the receptionist. Went to turn it in and once again nobody was there. Not even when I called out their name. Put my name on the bottom of the test and that was two weeks ago. While I was sitting in the waiting area I called the number three times and they have a phone that tells out loud whos calling. So I got to hear my name being announced every time the phone rang and nobody answered it. Now 2 weeks later I still have not faxed it over to my doctor.
