We are a professional family gym located in Buford Ga off of Buford Highway, we have been serving Buford for more than 5+ years and we have grown since. We offer personal training, group training, nutrition training, athletic training as well as physique work for those who are preparing for competitions. We have one of the best trainers who trains our autistic child Kerry KingBrown, he has played in the NFL, AFL as well as the MLB and he loves what he does. He has made many great impressions on many families by helping their child to achieve goals they didn't realize their child could reach. With his one on one skills he has help each kid progress in their strength, cardio, running formation, lifting weights, riding a bike, jogging, box jumping and most of all feel encouraged and motivated. We are the only gym that offers personal training for those with autism which makes us different from your regular gym, we can and will take any and all who are willing to see their child advance to their full potential not only strength work, but also self defense classes for our young athletes. We offer life skills!
