Broward Children's Center - Main Center(CompCare), Marketing & Development

My daughter is currently in this facility due to a severe code blue at 2 months old she is now 7 thriving and stable and I owe a huge amount of it to this facility. As a victim of medical negligence that led her to be in the condition she is even in to have to be housed in a skilled facility for handicapped children I have to say I have never been able to trust a facility quite like this one. Anytime I have concerns of any sorts they are pretty much there to listen and walk me through them.

Ive honestly havent had any problems with anybody at Broward childrens Center. In April of 2023 will be a year that my son initiated ABA. My son has also received OT and is currently receiving speech. This facility is like a family. I have no complaints. In regards to communication I havent had an any problems. One of the clinical directors Mila always calls me if my son has an accident or anything related to her job duties as clinical director and she sends out text messages. Nicole the BCBA always answers my calls even after hours. Meriam the therapy manager for speech OT always answers and calls me back . Keep in mind that Im also constantly communicating with everyone to get answers to all of my questions. Hope this review will help you make a the right decision regarding Broward Childrens Services.

Hello this is a mother of a boy suffering from celebral palsy this massage is in regards of miss treatment on call today morning in your pompano beach FL office at 933 am and the delay in response from your Respit services department.I dont understand why no body wants to work in your pompano beach office I called today morning the lady who attended my call was rude she might have a busy night due to Halloween parties or what no idea but she wasnt sound ok and she had to come on duty so she was acting up I asked her to give me a number where I can complain about their Respit services department as I waited for 1 week after submitting the forms she said I dont know and when i said I ll do it by my self she said good luck to you then and without waiting for me to say something she just hung up the call is this a professionalism of your employees This is how you deal with parents of special needs you guys are here to help us but sorry to say this department is now taken over by lazy People who really dont want to work and just sitting there and grouping up making eachother strong and getting paid please please take care of this situation cuz 7 years ago this was not the situation cuz I have taken services for this same office and I had a very good experience I still have some pictures memories with those ppl who served me and my son from this office but 7 years ago I REPEAT 7 years ago its mean some unprofessionals have taken over after that who doesnt know how to work Just tell me one thing who contact you guys parents of special needs right So mistreating us like that and make us wait like that will not going to help us instead you guys are increasing our problems no one need to be treated like this

Ever since Debbie left it has been a mess here . Im scared that they will hurt my sibling. I have pictures and videos of neglect. Please think twice before bringing your children here . The new director is so rude . Im begging you guys with all my heart please be careful with this facility. Why isnt this place on news or the health department called as yet

My son name is zakriya Irfan he is in the BCC from last 3 years. Staff is highly professional and cooperative. These all people are so close to my heart and the way the take care of my son give us confidence and make us trust on them. Stay blessed and God keep all of those Heroes under His protection. Broward Childrens Center north Was one of the best things to happen to my daughter. The Teachers and Administrators were very patient and hands on with her . They kept me informed on all school activities and local activities within the community. I really appreciate them as a whole

Without BCC my life would be upside down.. words cant express the gratitude that I have for the staff and the work they do. They are the heroes of today tomorrow and yesteryear. Thank you for all the love and support that you have shown me and my daughter.

1989-1997Thanks to BCC my daughter lived a quality life and learned to do many things doctors said she would never do. The constant therapies taught her so many things. Help dress herself eat by herself take steps by herself you just cant imagine. Ashley attended school and she loved it. She was tterminally ill with Trisomy 18 Edwards Syndrome. She had been at Miami Childrens Hospital for 8 months when we were able to place her at BCC. I can never say enough good things about BCC and especially Mary Hightower who was an Angel in disguise. Ashley adored her and Mary was absolutely wonderful with her. God Bless them and Mary.Ashley dob 12983 dod 81797They were sure she would never make it to a year.Dont loose hope.

I can only speak for the services I have received from Monica and at times Jessica. Monica has been so helpful in connecting our family to resources. She is so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much.

I made a delivery to this place the guy was a complete A-hole. Yeah I made a mistake by putting the item by the front door but thats what the post mates app said to do. Anyway the guy just wouldnt stop saying he was going to report me and I should do a better job. Give me a break
