I just completed my PT rehab at Brooks. I have been in PT multiple times over many years and have had experiences in at least 3 other rehabs.Brooks rehab has been the most positive experience I have ever encountered. They are highly professional competent and friendly. I was extremely impressed and would go out of my way to recommend this facility and the wonderful staff that work there.Jill M.

Update regarding the inappropriate behavior of Nick DregerWe were contacted by management who spent 30 minutes trying to explain away Mr. Dregers behavior. This incredible lack of accountability and awareness is obviously why they continue to have this problem with Mr. Dreger. Since my review a former employee reached to me to share similar experiences they had with Brooks Rehabilitation.--I seldom write reviews let alone negative ones but my recent experience at Brooks Rehabilitation compels me to share my profound disappointment. Physical therapy by its very nature should be a healing and professional environment. Unfortunately what my wife and I witnessed by Nick Dreger during my session was the antithesis of that.At the clinic I witnessed the physical therapist reprimanding the receptionist publicly in front of everyone in the lobby. This behavior is unacceptable to a professional who should embody kindness and professionalism. The level of rebuke was so severe and the tone so berating that it not only humiliated the receptionist but also made everyone present uncomfortable. My wife was mortified at the Nick Dregers behavior. The front desk is often the first and last point of contact for patients a position that requires support and respect particularly in a healthcare setting. To see an employee being excoriated in full view of patients is unacceptable. It not only undermines the respect for the staff but also disrupts the therapeutic environment patients like myself are seeking.Nick Dregers behavior reflects a toxic workplace culture that does not respect employees or patients. It casts a shadow on the professionalism of the clinic and questions the managements competence in providing a supportive environment conducive to healing.I am in disbelief that this happened in a space that promises to aid recovery and promote well-being. Consequently I am forced to reconsider my choice of this facility for my physical therapy needs. I urge the management of Brooks Rehabilitation to address this issue immediately and ensure that such an incident with Nick Dreger never recurs for the sake of both their staff and patients.

Outstanding Therapists and staff. Ive been going there for the past year for my son who is a stroke survivor. All his therapist treat him with the upmost respect and care. Everyone we encounter there are helpful extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recently completed physical therapy for myself and chose Brooks rehab of Saint Augustine based on what I seen from the care given to my son. Beyond a doubt I highly recommend Brooks rehab of Saint Augustine to anyone requiring therapy of this nature. Thank you to the Brooks Team in St Augustine.

Christen Allison worked with me to help me recover from both my hip replacement and my shoulder replacement surgeries. She is really great at explaining the process and helping you to reach your goals. I was treated by other therapists there and they equally great at working with me. Also the ladies who greet you as you enter Marcea and Jill always welcome you with a smile I would highly recommend Christen and her fellow therapists Ashley Jan Nick and others as well as their assistant Megan. Great atmosphere great people and a great place to get the therapy you need to get your body working properly

This was my first time going to Rehab at Brooks our choices in St Augustine are limited. My primary therapist was Nick he was so patient he would push me without he feeling that I was being pushed. I wasnt so sure I could do what was being asked but I did and I enjoyed going to PT more than I thought I would. If you are ever in need of therapy I would highly recommend Brooks. Thanks for everything. One more thing the whole team at Brooks St Augustine are very professional helpful funny and a great bunch of employees.

I have gone to Brooks for several years for CPRS. My therapist Suzanne has been really great. She pushes me without the feeling that I am being pushed. She is very empathetic and is adept at improving the problems quickly. If you need therapy for a hand you cant go wrong.

My daughter has been going to Brooks Rehabilitation Pediatrics for 3 years and I honestly would not take her anywhere else. They treat her like Family and NOT just a patient. My daughter is always excited to go play with Mrs. Cindy and Mrs. Ally every week. To her that is all it is because they make therapy FUN. The entire staff is AMAZING Ashley always greets us with a smile and always ask how our week has been. Smiles all around and the NEW clinic is Mind Blowing. GREAT JOB 3
