i was prescribed temporary home care. the treatment was unpleasant but vital but the care provided more than made up for it. my caregiver Maria was professional and thorough to a fault but more than that she made every visit a pleasure. i dont miss the procedures but i do miss her

I had an outstanding experience at Brooks . My PT specialist was Ashley Gorman she was energetic and professional . I attribute her to my full recovery and continued good health . Great lady

My mother had Brooks Home Care for 6 weeks after hospital stay. The skilled nurses I would not recommend. One spoke inappropriately about my mothers heel wound by saying it looked like she was in Hospice and then his replacement was very rude and tried to order my husband and i in our own home and would discuss insurance and money matters in front of my mother and continually shush my mother which greatly distressed her and caused her blood pressure to rise. When i complained to Mandy the care manager she decided they did not want to treat my mother any more and left us scrambling to find another home health care company.Please do not use Brooks home care.I would highly recommend Accent Home Health Care.

My husband has been receiving care since July and its been one thing after another with Brooks Home Health not ordering vital wound care supplies then not sending out PT for 3 weeks which has affected his recovery. We love our nurses Linda Lorreen but the management staff when we call in are lying to us often about services. They will call and say supplies were ordered or that PT is coming out then nothing happens so I call back in to check and I am told that they never called us about it or that they never had the order in the first place. I am writing this review because I dont want what has happened to us to happen to others.
