I am very happy with my experience at BrightStar Care. After having so many challenges with other home care agencies I was referred to BrightStar from a friend who used them in the past and had only positive things to report. Im happy to say that our experience was as wonderful as my friends. Care was for my Aunt who is states away from me and BrightStar made everything so easy. The office staff is very professional and gave excellent communication. The caregivers were also professional and my Aunt had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend BrightStar for in home care

I have had a wonderful experience with BrightStar Care having had monthly home injections over the past year administered by their wonderful RN Danette. She is always very punctual and professional. Above that she is a very sweet personable person that I enjoyed spending time with despite the not-so-fun reason she was there. I myself have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and she is one of the very best nurses I have ever encountered. I highly recommend BrightStar for your home healthcare needs.

As part of my dads treatment to prevent kidney rejection he needs to have IV infusions every so often therefore knowing that we have the support from the Bright Star Care team is great because I know he is receiving the best care while working around our schedule . I would not be able to do it all without their help. Nurses are caring and supportive making the whole experience incredible . Thanks to Danette and the whole staff

In the last year BrightStar Care has not only been there to help me with my medical treatment but the care from their nurses has been such an amazing emotional support and invaluable to me in so many ways as well. The team at BrightStar is Amazing Their dedication and sincere care has been a miracle for our family. Living out of state and trying to help my mother who is struggling to manage her diabetes because of advancing Alzheimers was near impossible. Pam Caitlin Danette and Alyssa have been literal angels. They are so kind and caring. My mother loves them and I cant thank them enough. They are in the details of my moms care. They keep in excellent contact with me and I really feel that we are a team. Its such a comfort to know they are there when I cant be. If you need high quality care for a loved one in your life I cant recommend BrightStar enough. BrightStar has gone above and beyond to create a plan to help our family. My experience with BrightStar and our nurse Katlin has been Fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Here is my Story.I had the Whipple Procedure on March 24th and had a lengthy 1 month stay in the hospital. I required a tube for feeding and a pick line for antibiotics. We were leaving the hospital and now my wife with no real experience is expected to be able to preform the tasks of a RN which is crazy. We hired BrightStar to meet us as soon as we got home. Their team was amazing getting everything set up then training my wife to fully handle my post care. Incredible Job. Katlin has been our Nurse. She is fantastic extremely knowledgeable and was so great at training my wife. She was very comfortable with us and I couldnt imagine a better experienceThank You Bright Star you are a life saver.SincerelyPat

Bright star is one of the BEST blessings we count every dayThey are very cooperative quick and kind.Very flexible and have always responded to our concerns and requirements.Especially the nurse we are assignedShe is Danette Williams.She is so sweet and very understanding .Our Son literally waits for her every week. And she is the only one in the whole world that I am comfortable with to leave my son alone. Caitlin Wilbur has been wonderful As a nurse she has definitely earned our trust with my husbands health. She shares what shes doing and why and has thoughtfully answered our multitude of questions. Caitlin has gone above and beyond to care and make a potentially stressful situation as easy as possible for us. She is friendly has a great sense of humor and has been easy to welcome into our home.
