Heather made the logistics direct and simple and we felt heard and cared for through the entire process. Bryttanie especially went above and beyond demonstrating real empathy and caring in addition to excellent communication note taking and advocacy that made a real and significant difference in my stepfathers care.

BrightStar care is one of theeee best home care agencies they an impeccable team of nurses the really care about the patients I have experience a lot of home health companies in the past but I cant begin to tell you how incredible this agency is. They have few nurses that are my favorites starting with Lisa she is amazing Shes caring and always considerate of my time and how Im feeling and then theres Alana who has stolen the heart of my entire family including the dogs lol. Alana is a great nurse and very sweet person. Next is Pam she is one of the best as well. She takes her title as a nurse very seriously and she knows her job to a T. Last but not least is Paul he is just a breath of fresh air. He has the best personality and if youre feeling down his infectious personality will definitely lift you up. BrightStar care is one of the few agencies that truly cares for their patients

I am so thrilled with my nurse Angela and BrightStar. She is wonderfully competent attentive kind and gracious. Telephoning the office is easy and communication is smooth and brisk. My nurse is Fran from BrightStar. To say shes the best is to put it mildly. She is kind caring and very good at her job. Fran is a lovely person and I am blessed to have her help take care of me. Additionally her assistant Kaitlin and another BrightStar team member- Stephanie are as sweet and caring as Fran. BrightStar Care is wonderful. Ive been a patient for 3 months and I so appreciate my nurse and the staff. My nurse Jo is very caring friendly and always professional taking the time to answer my questions and making sure Im always comfortable. I had anxiety about needles and through her patience and interaction with me its become a smooth experience . I so appreciate her. The office staff also are extremely courteous and accommodating. I had to reschedule a visit a few times as well as needing an earlier than scheduled visit due to some problems and they handled with no issues.
