Lourdes helped caregive for our family on short notice. She was a joy to have in our home and a huge help. She was on time kind thoughtful and took the time to get to know our needs. This was our first experience with bright star and if everyone if like Lulu as my kids called her wed highly recommend them.

I have been introduced to this company through my friend who works there. Shes is an extraordinary and such a decent personality she has. Makes her wonderful for this job. My friend Leila Hoshyari. I have heard many good facts about the company which makes me consider for when Im looking for a care giving company

Katherine is an excellent caregiver. She is very attentive to my needs. She is aware of what is needed to be done from dishes in the sink to sitting down with me have friendly conversation to listen to my struggles in life. She shows agreat deal of compassion for my situation. She has also encouraged me to get outside more. From going to lunch to just being outside enjoying the fresh air. To taking a drive down the coast to enjoy the beach.I have become very close to her as my caregiver and as someone who cares for me personally.I am so glad to have her in my life. She definitely made my life a lot better.I hope she get the deserved Acknowledgement for here care compassion and overall being wonderful.Thank you for having her on your staff and for allowing her to care for me.i would give more than 5 stars if I could

We have BrightStar to thank for bringing Isidro into our world of caregivers. He is an exemplary caregiver whom we have been blessed to have for my father over the past 6 months.Sid as we affectionately call him established a wonderful rapport with my father from his first visit. He engages my dad in games and activities and treats him with respect.Sid is a natural at his craft and demonstrates care compassion and concern. He has a great attitude jumps right in and intuitively reacts to any given situation. He is reliable punctual and has a nice sense of humor.Not only does he provides comfort to my father but to my mother and us as well. We all sleep better at night when Sid is scheduled for overnight shifts.Sid is equally as genuine of a person and we are blessed beyond measured to have him with us

Rosa has been great for 10 months. She addresses items that need to be picked up. She makes sure that I have a tasteful breakfast and dinner. She takes good care of my cats. She is always busy with things that need to be washed cleaned or arranged. AND she is really caring with my needs

Victoria has been my caregiver since December and every time she comes in we have such full conversations. She has become more than a caregiver to me. Shes my friend. She comes in every Wednesday and Saturday with a positive attitude and cares for me very well.

Owner argues interups talks over you. Down right unprofessional. The employees that answer the phone are inexperienced and act like they have zero experience or knowledge of what is happening. This company does not pay employees proper wages. Almost 10. 00 less an hour then similar companies. And is told an individual came up with this. I asked to speak to her and like I stated NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO WHAT IS ASKED. RECEPTION CANT EVEN TRANSFER A CALL. YOU WILL BE HUNG UP ON. I REALLY WISH THE COMPANY RECORDED CALLS BUT THIS IS JUST SOMETHING ELSE THE COMPANY DOESNT DO. LETS RECAP HORRIBLE MANAGER OWNER LORI NOT APART OF THE BBB AND LORI TRIED TO EXPLAIN that the company doesnt care to be. Yes she stated the company doesnt care to be better company argued with me argued about how rude disrespectful argumentative she was being argued the owner argued because her company is not up to date current her company doesnt even support good wage go somewhere else. You will never get the support you your family or your loved one is neading with this company. And they will rip you off. By not paying a wage of which their caregivers are qualified for. Or youre going to get an experienced caregiver.

BrightStar has done a great job for our family helping us take care of our mother Their work staff communications care assistance professionalism and even their paperwork is 5 stars They call you back when they say they will they show up when they say they will. That is hard to find these days. Their whole staff is excellent Kirsten helped us get set up established. Paula Elizabeth help with scheduling our caregivers which is not an easy job. Lorena does a great job with the weekly billings was invaluable to help us with our insurance filing long term care claim. Our caregivers for Mom have all been wonderful Right now our Mom loves Latisha Sharon as they help her each week accomplish her daily tasks of living. Thank you BrightStar for doing a wonderful job helping us take care of our mother

Jennifer has been the caregiver for my Mom Louise and she is awesome she works very hard to make sure our Mom gets clean fed and cared for each time she comes. Jennifer has a lot of experience and uses the concept of teamwork to motivate Mom and make chores seem fun. My Mom always has a smile on her face when Jennifer is here.

1 month ago my husband and I reached out to BrightStar in need of assistance at home. Apisara joined our home and to say that we were pleasantly surprised that she has solved all of our needs in the most professional and pleasing manner. She quickly became part of our family.
