Alicia is SO WONDERFUL She always has a positive attitude and not only takes great care of my elderly Mom but she notices other things that might help her out. She is so gentle caring and amazing at her job. I wish she could be my Moms Nurse forever

Over the past few years I have had to look for home care services for several elderly loved ones. It really can be a grueling rather worrisome process. From the moment we met her we had good feelings about the agency. Alicia has a magical flair for making us feel that we picked just the right person for our mothers care.

Alicia Pottratz has done an amazing job of taking care of my father. Not only does she take care of his medical needs she is also a very talented cook and keeps him company. She makes the best lasagna he has ever had. This has been a lonely time for many seniors that cant get together safely with family. Its rare to find a nurse that not only knows the medication but enjoys spending time with the people she takes care of. Be sure to ask for Alicia.

We have been utilizing Brightstar Care for several months now to provide assistance for my mother and they have been excellent. The caregivers we have had have been friendly well trained attentive and hard working. The Brightstar Community Liaison Ursula has been excellent as well. She is very responsive and professional provides excellent suggestions and seems to genuinely care about providing my mother with quality care and ensuring her needs are met. We highly recommend Brightstar.

What a wonderful blessing my Brightstar Care nurse Robin is with every visit She has been the perfect blend of skilled competence thoughtful compassion I could ask for. Whenever I have any questions problems or difficulties both she Brightstar have worked out all issues to my highest expectation as well as taken initiative to prevent any untoward outcome. Robin is the best nurse Ive ever had You will not be disappointed.

Alicia Pottratz was amazing. She and BrightStar staff provided AMAZING care and support for my parents during an extremely difficult transition out of their home of 50 years through Escondido for a wedding and then across the country to a new home. Despite my mothers Alzheimer and my parents being difficult Alicia and staff were always positive respectful friendly helpful supportive and caring to my parents and our family. My family was very fortunate to be in their care.

How can you put a price on a photo like this Without John Sheryl Robin and the entire BrightStar team Art and Betty would have NEVER made it through the valley of darkness to see this bright day.
