I have worked for Bright springs for almost 3 yrs. I really like working for them. They are always there when you need them. Return calls in minutes regarding shift or employees. They support employees very well. I have no complaints about this company. and you can get paid daily. What else is there. Do your job and they support you

I am a shareholder and reading the reviews on this company and the comments on how their employees have been treated is discouraging. If a decision maker is reading this please know it is imperative that you treat your employees with respect dignity and care. I am an employee benefits broker and consultant. You can fix this if you choose to do so.

Brightspring health services allows employees to bully and belittle other employees repeatedly with no repercussions. This activity was reported and documented for months with no support offered. They do not follow through with any issues or concerns. They constantly give employees more with with no education on the requirements.

Its a true privilege to work alongside so many kind skilled and mission-driven people. Theres no better feeling than helping provide care support and help to people with significant clinical functional cognitive and social needs all across the nation. I was an employee there and they do not treat their employees well while working there and after they leave if the employee needs something very important done for them. I do not recommend working for a company who do not value their employees. Its all about the money and not patient care.

If I could leave zero I would.Use this company 2013 they came out 2 out of 4 times. Then they didnt do what was needed. Now 2023 Ive been on the book for 2 weeks. They showed up 1 time. Was every good. She had to leave for health reasons. Im supposed to get 15 hours a weekSo far. Less than 4 in 2 weeks. I blame the customer service manager Brooks Smith. She tell people what they want to hear but never see its carried out.

Horrible.. management is horrible Non-stop compliance issues and imminent jeopardies. You can barely get paid correctly and if you question you pay management will make it extra hard on you by simply not fixing the issues. This company has so many complaints to the state its surprising the company is allowed to have a business license.

The website and the company is horrible. Every time you try to log in and which I have my passwords pre-saved to my laptop it is always saying its incorrect then when you enter your security question is still tells you that its wrong. Then when contacting the company they literally have you waiting on the phone for just a password reset for 45 minutes almost an hour every single time. I make sure all my passwords are the same and I also typed them into my notes

I recently leased a property to ResCare and I had a terrible experience working with this company. After they moved out I had to replace carpet in the whole house replace bedroom doors drywall had to be fixed in multiple large areas kitchen cabinet doors were broken locks were changed... the list goes on and on. Before we started the lease ResCare assured me that they would be great neighbors yet the police were called to the house multiple times for things like assault and domestic disputes. ResCare was supposed to maintain the pool and provide yard care but little if any of this was done. Half the light bulbs in the house were burnt out and they just didnt bother replacing them... just goes to show the lack of care. After they terminated the lease early I had to take them to small claims court to collect the money they owed me.
