I worked at several ABA companies within one year of getting certified Then I came across Brighter Strides ABA and I stayed The company has a heart. Its not all about business. They care about the clients and the workers They listen and care about your opinion I still work here and ask me a year later and I will still be here . I had opportunities to grow and I am so happy I found this company This is the longest time I have ever worked for one single organization my entire life. I love it here

Brighter Strides is an amazing company. From management office staff to Bcbas and RBTs. Everyone works as a team to ensure success for clients family and staff. They care about you and make sure you know that youre cared for and valued. Love this company

Working with Brighter Strides has been the best working experience Ive had so far in my working career.There has never been a time where I felt like I was not supported and heard.Every problem that Ive run into has been met with assistance and professionalism.I cannot recommend Brighter strides enough for anyone interested in getting into ABA or for families that need assistance in home.

These reviews appear to be spot on. They favor the employees NOT THE FAMILIES or CLIENTS to which this service should be rendered. Brighter Strides ABA provides a temporary support system for a lifelong diagnosis ASD. Employees would benefit from sensitivity training in understanding what it means to live with andor give birth to a child with ASD. The company prioritizes its employees ahead of the support to its families. On two occasions we were informed that our assigned RBT would no longer be providing service to us for whatever reason. So the companies solution was to just continue passing the buck. UNACCEPTABLE And while the work the RBTs were accomplishing with our child was commendable at times administrative policies and scheduling logistics overshadowed a commitment and consistency to serve our child. Parents I would highly recommend asking about their policies regarding such instances as RBTs having multi-day absences that disrupt service for your child. Advocacy we know is an important component of educating others about individuals with special needs. Before committing to services with Brighter Strides ABA ensure they are able to provide it. SO to our BCBA who was supportive through the whole process and best wishes to all families moving through this journey.

Working for this company greatly exceeded my expectations from the BCBAs to upper management and HR. They are all understanding of the needs of not only the clients but the employees as well.Brighter Strides is fully aware of the burn out in the field as a whole and is willing to accommodate. Schedules are made according to your availability and they are sure to abide by your schedule.Scheduling is easy getting a hold of BCBAs and upper managementHR is always easy where they typically respond within the day if not usually within the hour.Overall a Brighter Strides and everyone there is always a pleasure to work with.
