When I first met Dr. Kohn to discuss my daughters endocrinology concerns she made a lasting impression marked with her genuine smile empathetic and reassuring personality. Most importantly her expertise concerning my daughters issue was extraordinary. She addressed what needed to be fixed and efficiently provided medical care from the very first day I met her. In words it is difficult to express my gratitude to physician Dr. Kohn. She is simply the best endocrinologist one can find in NYC. Highly recommend

Our family Doctor suggested we take our son to see an Endocrinologist. Fortunately for us Dr. Kohn had a last minute opening. She made us feel at ease from the moment she came into the exam room she was thorough and thoughtful and we felt that we were in the right hands and received the best care. Terrible experience. I used to go to see another Endocrinologist before and changed to Dr. Kohn due to distance travel It was the worst choice. Dr. Brenda Kohn had a very rude responses to my questions just ordered studies for my son and never returned calls. Conversations are rushed. Does not spend appropriate time during office visit and treat us with an arrogant attitude. Do not waste your time with her.

My prescription is having side effects of severe depression. Were all depressed. Do you have a boyfriend Yes. Then you have no reason to be depressed.This person is a poor excuse for an endocrinologist. Find someone qualified.

She ordered tests that werent necessary according to the endocrinologist I saw after I changed doctors. I believe it was more for her research. She would not return calls when I had concerns about my child. I had a very negative experience.
