Waste of timeWas marked a no-show for getting there at appointment time only to be delayed by number of check-ins . Receptionist told the doctor it wasnt our fault. Doctor said thats why the text said to arrive 30 minutes prior. Well doctor it says to do that if you dont pre-register. Well lady I DID PRE-REGISTER i am also dealing with a temporary handicap due to recent foot surgery that slows me down.For a mental health professional you need to rethink your career.

Dont trust these people. They sold my ss and all other private information. Thanks to these people my identity has been stolen. They didnt even notify me. I received a letter from a lawyer two years after. This company should be shut down.

Very bad experience had my exams mixed up and with wrong dr and finally got to speak with dr nurse she refused to prescribe me my normal prescriptions so just went bk to my normal center where they have it together and actually genuinely care for helping you an whatever youre going through

Mental health is the backbone of our society. And youd think that being a facility that caters to that theyd CARE more and provide appropriate services. I trusted them with my life. As thats really what mental health truly comes down to. They not only gave me continuous issues in getting my needed meds on time but denied me emergency services in crisis. Would not recommend to anyone that has more than a light caseneed.

I cant say enough about this place. With therapy and psych support I have truly come out of such a dark place the last 2 years Also most recently I needed STAT medical records like a 1 day turn-around and they pulled ALL the strings to make it happen. I will forever be grateful to Bowen Center and their staff. 3

Have not had any issues with this place. They dont encourage me to completely depend on pills but they will work with me to help me find the right medication for my depression and anxiety. Doctor Miky Kaushal. I pay with cash and theyre very reasonable and patient with me. All of the staff that I have met are polite and courteous.

front desk people at the plymouth facility are some of the rudest people i have dealt with. eye rolling talking under their breath and head wagging. unreal.

got me in right away without appointment. so caring and love the front desk lady she was the best and most helpful

Took me 2 months to get an appointment here. When I went in I asked to speak with a woman and they gave me a man. When I seen Jeremy with his messy hair and baggy clothes I instantly knew this guy didnt wanna be here. I instantly started crying because I needed help. The most passionate question Jeremy asked me was what I identified as. He then diagnosed me with agoraphobia Im a land surveyor......... When we went walking back to make the next appointment the lady at the counter asked Jeremy if he had cleaned up his schedule yet and he said no still working on it. He then put me 2 months out for my next appointment and then lost the appointment.Im lucky to be alive. All this place did was make it worse. For your own safety find a group or a place or a company that cares. Personal experience this place will let you die.

Went to therapy here regularly for about 2 years. My therapist was with from the beginning all the way to the end. I cant say enough great things about her. I always was met with friendly front office staff. They were so good to work with financially. Truthfully I miss the sessions and only left because of moving out of state. This place was great.

I make a phone call and set up a time. I come. I fill out an hour worth of papers and them am told that this center doesnt do what I came for... I would...
