The Boston Center for Independent Living never responded to my email. I am physically disabled. I need to replace my American Disability Association medically certified verification card. Bayo

Oh the people who work there are very caring loving people. They have a listening ear for all that need their services. The Director and Deputy Director are hard working people. Not only thatthe staff from the receptionist to the interns are wonderful.

Staff are diverting my son to another agency a client that goes there Is allowed to go and because of that my son who was threatened by that client loses out . Not fair. They have their favorites. I had to get a order of protection for my son and me. This agency Is supposed to service everyone. Not sure of a Racial Issue. Stay aware. The client that that did this to us was an adult and tried to have a sexual relationship with him and he was a minor . Ayanna Pressley Is on the board of directors.

I would not recommend looking for help from this organization especially from Marcia. She canceled two appointments once for car problems and once for not being able to figure out a simple detour. All at the last minute not concerning my inconvenience.

As well as helping others with disabilities they have employed people with handicapsdisabilities. The people here are kind and welcoming. My case worker answers all my questions and is very patient with me.

Terrific Human Beings employed there who are so helpful and that care deeply about consumers who are in need Thank the lord for B.C.i.l.

Dan is the first person Ive worked with since I got sick who understood my experience. This center has a TON of good resources and knowledgeable and kind staff. Im so glad I came here.
