My son did PT with Christin and is doing OT with Raleigh - both are wonderful. All the staff Ive interacted with are so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The facility has a gym with a lot of fun equipment so these sessions often feel like play instead of work. My son always has a good time and has great relationships with all his therapists. Theyre also pretty good about scheduling offering makeups and trying to fit you in if anything changes. For example when his PT had to go on leave they were able to reschedule him right away with someone else at the Natick office. Also as far as the Wellesley location its right by the river with a footbridge that goes over the falls so you can take a beautiful walk on a nice day while youre waiting for your kid

Cannot recommend highly enough. We have been seeing our OT for 2.5 years and it has been life changing for our child and our entire family. We love BAC Raleigh is an amazing therapist and we are so lucky to work with her.

Our family is so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Anna Lombard and Lauren Mazel. My daughter 3 12 years old absolutely loved going to her appointments each week. Lauren and Anna made the time with my daughter so much fun while also working on critical strategies that she needed. They both were extremely prepared and had games and activities for my daughter that were both engaging and fun while also helping her work through some of her challenges. Lauren and Anna were also great about communicating with me so that I had strategies to use at home to support my daughter. Our time at the Boston Ability Center was extremely positive. We saw a HUGE improvement in my daughter in a very quick time and we are so grateful to Anna and Lauren for helping her--and the entire family I would absolutely recommend the Boston Ability Center to anyone.

Boston Ability Center has been invaluable for our family. We cannot thank them enough or possibly articulate how much we appreciate them. In the beginning both of our children needed extra help learning to walk. Our therapist was patient reassuring warm and went above and beyond to offer extra advice and tools when needed. We also utilized the speech and feeding services. When my daughter no longer needed services it was a joyful but also sad day for our family. Our daughter had formed such a strong bond with her provider. BAC feels like family to us. The owner treats all her staff well and it shows.Stanley her dog has been very motivating for our son as he practices some coordination skills. We could get help from the state or in school but have chosen time and time again to go with BAC because they truly care understand the school systems and we trust them.

The therapists and staff at BAC are exceptional. Perhaps it shouldnt be quite so difficult to find neurodiverse-affirming collaborative thoughtful warm therapists but it often is - thankfully at BAC that is exactly what you find authentic kind invested professionals who are informed about issues related to neurodiversity autistic culture values and identity and who keep the child and their priorities at the center of their practice. They are respectful of children and fully present in every session. They welcome parent collaboration and they dont have an ego or set agenda about their strategies or approaches. Weve primarily had the privilege of working with Katie OT Megan and Alex SLPs and we cant recommend them highly enough. They represent the best of their respective fields.

I cant say enough great things about The Boston Ability Center. Throughout the pandemic...when services were solely delivered via tele-health the occupational therapy support for my son was beyond what I could have imagined. Now that we are back in person the ongoing communication between the therapist and myself provides us with tools to help with carry over at home.

The therapists here are amazing. They have helped my 4 year old so much. So much so that he was discharged from physical therapy after a year and a half there and two in total with school. Its amazing. Hes also working on some things with OT that are sensory safety issues. The facility is amazing. They even have a zipline and a ball pit. The Natick location even has a gait trainer.I cannot say enough about the staff. They are all so caring. Our primary interactions have been with Mikayla Brian and Arielle but we have done makeup sessions with other therapists.
