I was actually at Genoa the pharmacy and its by far the best Ive ever used. Never had any issues I dont call refills in they call ME to let me know and staff has always been extremely friendly.

All this place has done is give my child pills and papers they just send us on our way to figure it all out alone. I wouldnt take your child here unless you really want them counseling THEMSELVES with papers and taking mind altering pills. Bootheel is a Terrible Sad excuse for counseling. Thats not all The ladies at the front counter are the rudest ever You can hardly hear them and they get an attitude when you cant understand them through theyre masks and glass. The psychiatrist there can hardly speak English so he just dishes out pills and doesnt care how you feel about it either. Im trying to get my kid out of this joke ASAP

This is a wonderful place with wonderful people.. they are my heroes..I was on a very destructive road before I came here and they saved my life..I believe if it wasnt for boothill counseling I wouldnt be alive today.. they have always been kind and caring.. I recommend them to everyone.. just remember you have to want to be helped for it to work... the staff are wonderful.. the clubhouse is amazing..I cant say enough but I only get to say so much.. thank you boothill counseling for helping me and making me realize that I do matter..

No good Do not recommend

I was dealing with severe PTSD with night terrors on top of my anxiety and fear of my then husband and this place saved me. Mrs. Emily is who I see and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER When my dad passed away I didnt want to do anything especially go to the doctor but she was so concerned about my health that she FaceTimed me for my appointment because it was very important I was seen by her after just losing my dad from suicide. I love this place and can not thank them enough

If I could give this place a zero I would. I will be reporting this place to the state. Your program at the hospital is a joke. Your crisis worker was a joke and didnt take what my child was going through seriously. Southeast Missouri has does not have enough resources for proper Mental Health Care has it is. I do not recommend this place or their program through Missouri Delta Hospital

Wouldnt recommend taking your child to this place. They do not care about people or have a courtesy to understand when something is going on with one of the parents that is very sick. I know they can do virtual calls but choose not to only at their convenience.
