Waterworks is an amazing place for anybody that has joint issues. I have worked with Reagan on land and Bonnie in the pool. They are very professional knowledgeable and caring. They carefully review your MRIs X-Rays etc.and monitors your progress on every visit. I couldnt be happier with the treatment I have received from both of them at WaterWorks and I highly recommend this place to anybody whos joint pain.Jessica the receptionist has a very warm and welcoming disposition and makes you feel good once you walk in the door.

Be caucus with billing . I asked if they accepted my insurance they did not . We agreed they charge me 65 per visit . Then they requested I sign a few papers . One of the papers requested payment from my insurance company. My mistake I signed without reading he form . Read every form including the fine print . My shoulder was getting so bad that I was not in the right state of mind to read the form . The firm billed my insurance company which I had no knowledge of . They billed me in additional 21 which I was not inclined to pay . Then they threaten to turn it over to a collection agency. I protested and they said I signed it which I did and I was negligent for not reading the form. I would give them no stars except one is the only one available I did pay the 21 rather than to go through the collection process but I feel that social media will repay these people greatly

Physical therapy at Water Works has been a great experience. Ive found water therapy to be easier on my body as Ive had back surgery and hip surgery within the last year. The water exercises have helped develop my balance which has been off from my hip surgery and has helped my to decrease my fear of falling which if I do in the pool its no big deal. The pool is warm and comfortable and the therapist Heidi has been terrific Shes very attentive to my needs and works to get to me to my goals. Besides doing water therapy Derek gave me a great outline of exercises to do out of the water. So if you need therapy this is definitely the place to go. Water works will help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. I highly recommend Water Works for all your therapy needs

My own experience has been over the course of 10 years. I cant say enough about the services that Water Works has to offer from P.T. to the aqua class personal evaluation and targeted exercises to do at home all are just great. I particularly enjoy personal training in the pool and participating in the aqua class with Debra Collins. All have helped me in my rehab journey.Give it a try

This is my second experience as a patient at Waterworks for physical therapy. I returned because the entire staff is courteous and caring about my well being and rehabilitation. I have been fortunate to work with several therapists that have all been supportive to my needs.Derek is now giving me the much needed therapy and information after rotator cuff surgery and recuperation. His type of therapy and support is thorough but not too strenuous. He is well educated and trained in his profession and Im so happy I found him. Waterworks is fortunate to have such a talented therapist as Derek

Ive been to Water Works 4 times in the past 12 yrs because of fibromyalgia. The warm water is very soothing. Aaron is my therapist and knew instantly that the pool was the best place for me. He designs the routine and there are instructors in the pool or on land that take me through exercises. Ive had 4 different instructors so far and every one is so nice. I work out 3 times a week and I am progressing. All the employees write in detail everything I do. I like a detail oriented facility. When I leave Aaron will give me maintenance exercises to keep me strong so I can continue to participate in life. I dont want to stop enjoying life. I sing with an opera company I want to be able to do whatever is required of me. Water Works is helping me stay in the game. Water exercises are the best way to recuperate after an injury because of buoyancy of the water. Less gravity. The next time you need PT I highly recommend Water Works in Naples FL.

I had the opportunity to meet Debra Collins a Licensed Massage Therapist this past week as a gift from a family member who raves about her best I ever had massage. After completing a short health history questionnaire and a time for discussion about preferences and expectation I was greatly pleased with Debras quality of work. She did an excellent job and remained consistent throughout the hour. She worked hard and applied her education and skill wonderfully. I am more than pleased to have been introduced to Debra. Thank you again for a great session.
