We are a general dental office that treats physically, medically and emotionally challenged patients almost exclusively. We are one of the few dental practices in the US that routinely perform full-mouth rehabilitation using Sedation and Sleep Dentistry (including general anesthesia) - with many years of proven success -- including treatment in the Hospital, if necessary.

Founding Story

Dr. David Blende is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) with more than 30 years experience providing comprehensive dental care in both hospitals and private practices in Switzerland, Beverly Hills and San Francisco. He developed a reputation for his aesthetic dentistry as well as his singular dedication to special needs patients. Not only does Dr. Blende have the technical skills necessary to address the challenges of serving this population, but he has had the commitment needed to continually create new services for these underserved populations.
