THEY JUST SIT AROUJF YELL AT KIDS AND THATS ALL THEY MADE ME GO HOME AT 300 OH MY GOSH JUST PLEASE GO WORK AT SOMEWHERE I AINT AGREE 2 ANY OF THESE THEY MAKE U WAIT LIKE 59 HOURS TO LEAVE ITS TERRIBLE THEY CAUSED ME TROUBLE AND MORE THEY DO NO GOOD BUT THAN YRLL AT YOU NO ONE WANTS A DOWN SYNDROME DOCTOR EXCUSE ME ATLEAST ITS PRETTY INSIDE BUT I SAW 48 ROACHES ALMOST PLEASE GET RID OF THIS ITS TERRIBLE WHAT IS THIS ABOMATION IN MENTAL HEALTH PLACE

Ive been with them for several months now and theyve been kind prompt and active in their mode and means to help. Ive not had any issues with them.

I changed my rating because they are too busy to help everyone. They will misdiagnose you. I would recommend finding a general practitioner and a therapist that will listen to you.

Ive been going here since 2017. Its 2023 now and they have provided me with absolutely no meaningful support for my mental health conditions. In fact in many cases the errors theyve made have made my position worse. These people are negligent on their best days and actively abusive on their worst. If they werent literally my only option I wouldnt still be here. These people are so bad at their jobs.EDITThese people are so bad at their jobs I have decided no help at all is better than the help I was getting from BJC. Do not trust these negligent quacks.

issue with my sons medication and trying to get him on one that works it has been a month and she never got the pre authorization sent to the insurance she just sent to someone else to do and never follows up till make appointment to say it hasnt been done. When your upset and tell them you feel like they dont care and not doing job. She just drops you while your already struggling since she couldnt do her job. I strongly suggest do not use her as a doctor if you need one who cares. Who drops a child who needs care over her own pride. You dont deserve to be a doctor

My caseworker is amazing

I started services with this location the summer of 2014 and I cant say anything bad about this place. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. The staff are excellent. If if wasnt for my treatment team here I wouldnt have made the progress that I have. I highly recommend getting services here

Dr Sarwar took on my sons case after we had been trying to find a psychiatrist to treat him for at least 2 years we appreciate her doing so She is such a wonderful Dr and person We have only met with her 2 times so far but already feel so blessed to have her treating our son. She doesnt make us feel rushed listens and answers all of our questions. Our little guy had such a hard time at our last appointment she handled the situation better than us We feel extremely blessed to have her helping our son.
