I have enjoyed my stay at Bel-air. The staff is amazing. I came here with so many problems and they solved them all. The food is home cooked. They even fixed what I was hungry for that day. I have received great care. PTOT had me going in no time. The residents are sweet and friendly. The Nursing staff is wonderful. They caught my pneumonia and Im staying another week. Im fine with that cause I love it here. Id recommend Bel-air if you want fantastic care. They care about every area of your life.. they even emptied a storage unit for me . One staff member went the the shelter and got my things.for me..I cant say enough. Thank you to everyone at Bel-air.

My husband was a resident at Bel-Air for long term care for many months. I transferred him there from another nursing facility that was not offering quality care. I was delighted with the physical and emotional care given to my husband despite his severe disability. He was happy enough at Bel-Air to believe that he was at a fine hotel while he was traveling. I really appreciated that the staff went out of their way to offer easy and safe visits during the pandemic restrictions as well as ease of phone calls. We were able to visit with each other even during cold weather.I would like to offer particular thanks to Joyce and Delilah for their excellent and warm communication with me. I regret not knowing the names of the aides who cared for my husband but their were all friendly to me and easy going with my husband. My only issue was related to communication during the last days of my husbands life. This is referred to in an emotional review by a grieving family member. Although I also took issue with this particular staff members willingness to recognize end of life issues it did not dampen my overall appreciation for all of the many months of fine care my husband received. I believe that this persons dedication to residents no matter how ill was the cause of the problem and I appreciate that motivation.

Bel-Air Nursing and Rehab is a wonderful facility with amazing dedicated staff. They take great care of the residents and the love them like they are their own family. The facility is clean and the staff go out of their way for everyone. Housekeeping keeps this facility immaculate and it is a home and family environment. If you are looking for a small facility where your family member can be loved and cared for I would send them to Bel-Air Nursing and Rehab Center.

I would just like to disclose the lack of and mishandling of palliative care that my dad received at Bel Air. He contracted COVID and was placed in isolation for two weeks. We were told that he was the first resident out. He was alert watching TV eating talking and that his lungs were clear. But still unable to speak with him. Then we started getting conflicting reports on his condition. They then told us in order to get him to drink water that they used my name. They later told him that they were doing their part so that he should do his to eat. He was supposedly up for physical therapy so I tried to call him. I was told that the phone cord didnt reach that far. I asked if anyone had a cell phone Finally I called back and very forcefully had to demand to speak with him. They called back with a phone next to his ear but he could not talk. The next morning we received an urgent call to come up. When we arrived the blinds were wide open and the TV was on. He was unresponsive and on oxygen. We had to demand Morphine. The staff never came into the room except to administer Morphine and to change his Depends at 830. We left at nine that night to rest. One hour later we received a phone call that he had died. He had obviously been dying for days and a nurse named Toni that was in charge of his care missed this completely. The owner never contacted us after. My mother had also sent numerous emails demanding details of his condition with little to no response prior.

Bel-Air continues to be a five star rated facility according Medicare. You can review this by going to Medicare Nursing Home Compare. We have been recognized by US News and World report as one of the top ten facilities in the State. We are requires by law to follow Covid guidelines and that may inconvenience family members that want to visit their loved ones. Come see for yourself why Bel-Air is different.

Just would like to put some input in. My grandmother fell and broke her hip. she will be needing rehab at a local nursing rehab facility. so she had a extremely bad experience at a previous facility for an unrelated issue so we decided this time around to tour the places. Well we live in Goffstown so we decided to check out Bel Air. Now i knew it was a weekend and didnt have to high of expectations. But i called to ask if we could come in for a tour. i was told we could so my grandfather my husband and myself went. When we walked in the main doors all we could smell was feces and pee. we stood awkwardly trying to look for somewhere to go. which we were told by a food service worker i think to go down the hall. we proceeded to walk down the hall towards a nurses station. While walking we heard someone yelling help me. when we got to the nurses station there was two nurses to about ten patients just sitting in a circle looking half drugged. they were staring off into space and not even communicating to anyone. When we asked the nurse oh we are here for the tour that we called about we were rudely told oh the rehab area was over there and she pointed. nothing about compassion or showing us around politely or even that they were busy and to hold on. sorry but we will not be going to send our grandmother to this place. sad. elderly are people to. Best thing to do is go tour unannounced so you see the true place. not one that they want you to see.iT IS SO INCREDIBLY SAD THAT THE PEOPLE POSTING REVIEWS WORK THERE OWN THE PLACE. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

this place is awful. They dont even have enough supplies to clean the residents properly. it was charming because it was so small and relatively quiet but it was by far the worst facility Ive ever worked at. If you care about your parents or loved ones dont send them here.and in response below to the DIRECTOR OF THE FACILITY TRYING TO BAD MOUTH ME i worked there for longer than ten days could only stand a month at most you would know that if you cared about your employees. but also could not stand to watch 11-7 nurse overmedicate their patients because they didnt want to do paperwork in the off chance a resident were to get out of bed and fall. i also couldnt stand my coworkers sleeping during their shifts. you couldnt even keep staff. and if anything people look and see what this man BOB LENNOX is trying to do.he is the director. what kind of professional does thisslandering me for giving an accurate review by fabricating inaccurate facts to make it seem like i was the problem.its not my fault your facility was poorly thought out. its not my fault we had to clean residents with rough brown paper towels because there wasnt enough linens.do. not. send. your. family. here.trust me.this man the owner bob lennox gave himself a five star review of a one star facility. if thats not conflict of interest i dont know what is.

This is the best nursing home I have ever worked at. It is clean friendly home-like environment. I truly love going to work and spending time with the residents. It is so pleasant to work with a group of people that really care about and love their jobs.
