Behavioral Management LLC will provide therpeutic and relief services to families who are experiencing difficulties with Adolescents & Young Adults with special needs, such as behavioral, emotional problems and developmental disabilities. Our program is geared to serving the;entire family by offerring a strength-based proactive approach.;Respite Care--The respite program represents an effort in helping;families stay together. While maintaining safety, stability and nurturing;for the client, this program offers a chance for parents and caregivers to regain control over their lives, personally and professionally. The;clients can take part in recreational activities under the guidance;of highly skilled Respite Mentor.;Therapeutic Support Program--Our Therapeutic Support Staff are highly skilled individuals who are trained in The Nurtured Heart & Tool Approach. This is a goal-orientated service. Our staff works with the caregivers and any other therapeutic providers to establish goals for the clients they work with.;Individualized Day and Day Support Option: Our program is tailored to meet the individuals needs, assist them to achieve their goals as identified through an individualized plan. The program hour are flexible to meet the needs of the caregivers and the needs of the individual.
