Behavioral Innovations - Spring

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience working for Bierman ABA. The management is abysmal displaying favoritism that adversely affects the work environment. Whats worse is the blatant disregard for employees time and efforts they consistently fail to compensate for the hours worked. Its a poorly managed company that doesnt value its employees. Steer clear if you value fair treatment and compensation for your hard work.

This center has been a Godsend for my twins. Both were diagnosed with ASD and the progress theyve made since joining Behavioral Innovations in October have been amazing and inspiring. Each and every therapiststaff member cares so much for the kiddos and their BCBA therapist Eliza always keeps me informed and encouraged. Im not sure where my boys and I would be without Behavioral Innovations.

I spoke with Denisha about enrolling my son in ABA therapy. I asked what the timeline would be for when he could start. First she said it would be three weeks. Then she said 1.5 months. Then she said two months. Then she said two months and ten days hypothetically. I told her if we keep talking its going to be three months. She was about as disconnected condescending and unpersonable as one my expect from a corrections officer. Pass I guess good help is hard to find these days. To the owner do not bother reaching out...I wouldnt take my son there if it were free. So disappointing.

I have nothing negative to say. From working with Danisha to Roz and the the other therapist. This place is amazing my little girl who normally is glued to me didnt want to leave. Im truly impressed

I would like to personally recognize the staff at Behavioral Innovations Spring Steubner as well as Spring Cypress in Houston Tx. for changing the course of my sons life. Prior to becoming a client I was clueless to his future with his Autism diagnosis as I did not always know how to reach him and help him navigate through day to day experiences until he started at BI. Shawnie Operations Mgr. at the Spring Cypress location became an angel during his learning process from the very first day. She helped ease our fears and is very knowledgeable and understanding as it relates to reaching a child on the spectrum. Transferring to the Spring Steubner location was equally as inviting as The ENTIRE staff every last one of them at this location knows their stuff. Raz Center administrator Corina Operations Mgr. Veronica BCBA and my sons favorite Therapists Cat and Sami are genuinely open knowledgeable caring and overall more than anything my family could have prayed or wished for. I feel confident that we are on the right track and I see success in his future as it relates to his peer interaction communication and overall growth and development because he has a great team working with him at BI. Myself and my family are forever grateful and so very appreciative for each and every one of them.
