Behavioral Innovations - Prosper

My son has been receiving services from Behavioral Innovations since January 2022 and his progress is quite remarkable Hes diagnosed with language disorder and autism. Hes extremely smart and mastered Pre-K material only halfway through his current school year.When our son started at Behavioral Innovations he was a 3-year-old who isolated from peers and had emotional outbursts that were difficult to redirect and cease. We were unable to take him to crowded and loud environments as each were overstimulating. He visually and auditory stimmed quite often. Our son had just started talking and spoke a handful of words. He was in speech therapy for a year with no progress. Once he enrolled in ABA things quickly shifted.Our son communicates his needs more often using 2-3 word requests. His emotional outbursts are rare and redirectable. He engages in play with and amongst his peers although he still prefers solo play. We take him to loud and crowded environments and hes perfectly okay with minimal stimming behavior.The staff are amazing and their level of communication and attention to detail are to be commended. Im a licensed clinical social worker and trained as an ABA therapist in the past so Im very knowledgeable of the services they provide. This also makes me extremely picky yet I have no negative criticism toward Behavioral Innovations. My son loves attending and attends about 20 hours during the week along with Pre-K while being full-time in the summer. We simply LOVE Behavioral Innovations-Prosper and highly recommend them They have truly contributed to our sons growth development and happiness.

Our son has been going to BI for about six months now. The love they show to him has exceeded our expectations. Every therapist that works with our son has been amazing and he absolutely LOVES going there. We have seen many positive changes at home since starting and we are looking forward to seeing where we are in the next few months I am so happy we chose BI. We absolutely love everyone at Behavioral Innovations Prosper The professionals and support staff have been absolutely wonderful to my son. He enjoys going and every day I drop him off or pick him up he has a giant smile on his face. Everyone has been extremely helpful supportive and kind. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for help and support for their child.

The staff at Behavioral Innovations Prosper is amazing. Theyre caring and knowledgeable. They are excellent at communicating with parents and very flexible and understanding. Weve seen a lot of progress in our child since he started at Behavioral Innovations in Prosper.

The staff is amazing but their intake advocate is lacking. I have no choice but to work with her as she is the only one apparently.

I have been so proud of the progress my 9 year old son has made in just 3 short months at Behavioral Innovations Prosper. The staff and therapists are great and he always leaves with a big grin We moved from Mississippi to Texas for better opportunity with therapies and we couldnt be more blessed by our decision and the friends weve made at BI

Outstanding facility and staff. The BCBA is phenomenal and the RBT staff are passionate and engaged in their work. This isnt your typical ABA center. The programs engagement and resources are next level. You are truly lucky if you get to experience all that BI has to offer. I am so glad we made the switch to this ABA center over a larger national chain. Not only is the team well organized and the approach to ABA is dynamic and engaging the office team is organized and billing is easily understood. Truly a top level choice for ABA for our child
