Behavioral Innovations of Round Rock

For the past 2 years I have been providing speech therapy services from an outside agency to several kiddos attending BI. I am over the moon at how tender and loving all the RBTs and BCBAs are with the special little ones at BI. Ive been so lucky to work together with these amazing people just to mention a few Brianna Lizelle Erica Elaina Tori Becca Cat Jody Heather and DeisyI know Im definitely missing some more names on here. Their passion and great skills for behavioral therapy is demonstrated day in and day out. I have witnessed a tremendous amount of progress in each and every kiddo attending BI its incredibleI also cant go on without mentioning that BI is always well organized clean and cozy. Thank you BI at RR for all that you do Bless your hearts

my son attended BI for 13 months. we highly recommend BI for the progress we see in our son . really appreciate BCBA and RBTs. we are forever thankful to BI .

I have been there since last year My son is very happy going to the center. I feel home environment in the center. Everyone are friendly and helpful.

My grandson has been attending Behavioral Health Innovations for a few years. We have received nothing but the best teaching guidance and care for my grandson. My grandson loves it here They are quick on responses for any questions I may have and address any of my concerns immediately. The staff is highly trained knowledgeable definitely recommend them to anyone in need

I recommend this place highly.Individualized plan for every child.Each RBT is paired according to childs personality.They provide Speech and O.T from amazing providers Austin Communication StationConsider Schedule Changes and are very cooperating with timings that you prefer.Above all compassion and empathy.Front desk to BCBA to directors to regionals. Sorry in advance for the wall of text. II rarely write reviews but wanted to help other parents who are navigating through this process. You got this Behavioral Innovations BI in Round Rock has been the best thing to happen to my autistic son who was diagnosed at 2.5 years old. Before coming here he attended a private daycarepreschool and had meltdowns every morning at drop-offs. He was constantly throwing tantrums because he couldnt communicate and I felt like he was getting farther and farther behind his peers developmentally. He also didnt want to play with the other kids and did not do well with the constant turnover of teachers and the high student-to-teacher ratios.It has been a month since he started BI and the progress that he has made has been nothing short of amazing Hes so much happier and its very obvious. He gladly goes in with his therapists every morning at drop-off without a fuss--smiling from ear to ear. I noticed a significant decrease in tantrums about 80-90 within his first 2 weeks and he went from barely saying 1 or 2 words to speaking many new words and asking for what he wants instead of crying. This is after 8 months of speech therapy with no progress. They have also been able to get him to eat new foods even veggies. He started limiting his diet around 18 months old and only wanted to eat quesadillas and snacky foods. Now I have to figure out how to replicate their techniques at home -Im the type of person who needs to know all there is to know about something before committing to it because I hate surprises. I spent an insane amount of time researching autism ABA therapy and all the different centers in the area before committing to BI. I was originally considering another center in the area whose name I wont call out in this post but was turned off due to safety concerns no access controls that were poorly addressed by the operations manager. He was actually the person who suggested BI although he was being condescending and dismissive and trying to get rid of me because i guess I asked too many questions. Its funny how the universe pushes you to exactly where you need to be.BI is very secure and the day-to-day operations are handled by the BCBA rather than an offsite operations manager who has no clinical experience and seemed very detached from parents concerns. Bianca and her team are very nice and accommodating. They thoroughly answered all of my questions and assured me that my son would be in great hands. Its obvious that they care about the children they treat and everyday I look forward to reading my sons reports and celebrating his accomplishments.

I visited the center last week and was impressed by the quality of the therapist staff and dedication to the kids we serve. The company offers tuition reimbursement for masters programs along with other programs including comprehensive health benefits for employees.

Round Rock BI feels like a second home. You can see that everyone is happy to be here from staff to kids.
