My son is now terrified to go to any restroom at any daycare since he started going here. Horrible place. No wonder they dont allow parents to be back there with them and dont care to install cameras. If daycares can and are allowed to have cameras so should places like these. Especially since most of the children that attend these type of therapies arent fully verbal and are there for up to 8 hours a day. They had me waiting in a room with the door closed while my son was screaming crying right next door. It was his first day too nd I had gone to pick him up early. The ABA director there made me stay there too while tears where going down my face because she didnt let me check up on my son. She told me they were potty training him so I had to stay in that room.

Scheduled a tour a month in advance.Tour day comes around and were mysteriously not on the schedule Was offered a tour but declined. Telling someone that they werent on the schedule makes them feel not wanted nor needed. Get a call a few hours later stating that the wrong calendar was checked. If multiple calendars are used why would you check one and tell a potential client that they werent scheduled I guess they only take specific clients.. Very innovative.

My kids have been going to BI for 7 months now and i have seen so much improvement. My oldest is 5 and he was completely non verbal when he started now is asking for his tablet and saying a love you. Which just melts my heart. Hopefully for the patience the people at this center have.

My son started Jan 2521 at the Friendswood location and I wish I wouldve enrolled him sooner. My biggest fear was him starting school and falling behind because of his diagnosis. Its only been a couple of months but we see the changes Hes getting so much better at making eye contact and asking for he wants instead of getting frustrated. The staff made us feel comfortable from day one I know my child is in good hands. We get daily reports on how well he diddidnt do. He still cries a little when I drop him off but as soon as he walks in the door he calms down. We see the curriculum and are able to continue teaching them to him at home. I know he still a long way to go but Im so happy we found a place that is willing to help him be the best version of himself. We feel so blessed to have found this place to help us on this journey. As a parent youll do anything to help your child out thank you for giving us the sigh of relief weve been looking for.

Wonderful and professional staff every single person there. Very organized and clearly pros at what they do. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone who is looking for ABA therapy. It is worth the process and possible wait. My child is thriving here in such a short period of time that she has been receiving therapy services I could not be happier.

We started ABA therapy in Pearland Shadow Creek location from December 2020 left early march 2021 during which the BCBA was changed 3 times. Only a very small number of the behavioral technicians had certification and they were very poor trained. Therapy very rarely had continuity of care since the technicians changed very frequently likely due to poor staff retention. Last and most important the management staff was just worried about the amount of hours my child would spend in the center and always made us feel like my child was just a money sign for them. When I decided to cut the hours due to the poor therapy provided to my child we were asked to withdraw him from the center.

BI-Friendswood has been a God-send to our family. The compassion understanding and love they have shown to our son is tremendous. They have implemented strategies to emphasize his strengths and manage his challenges.BI has been vigilant about the safety of the children during the Covid-19 pandemic. They have not played into hysteria or fear but sanitized masked and taught adequate hand washing. The measures they have taken are fair and appreciated.
