My 2 and a half non verbal baby girl started with BI back in Jan 2022 she was a crier she would cry all day it was the only way she knew how to communicate her wants needs and frustrations. She has learned so much at her center. The crying has stopped. Shes learned to ask for things other ways. She always happy and smiling now. Ive seen such drastic improvements its amazing. The staff are so incredible with her. I couldnt have chose a better place for her.

The staffs especially my sons BCBA is very dedicated. My son learned a lot of skills and started talking and engaging with people ever since he started his ABA therapy. Behavioral Innovations here in Rollingbrook is like a whole family. Were so glad we chose this center.

Worse experience ever definitely needs a bigger place for all those kids and all that staff. Everyone so crowded in that small space and they still take in new kids. They dont have a set structure for the kids everyone be all over the place. Barely see staff running session with clients. Everything is so unorganized. Management sucks they definitely dont know how to run the place. Bcbas clearly dont know what there doing. Been in the aba field for years and have never experienced anything this bad. Its a shame. Someone definitely has to report this place or the owners of the company have to do better.Baytown location. They should just call it a daycare at this point Rbts be leaving trainers on the floor with clients

This company only cares about money. The office administration is the worst people you can deal with nobody knows what they are doing up in the Dallas office. They can care less about your child as long as theyre getting paid. The clinical side of things are not too bad. My daughter attends the Baytown location and the staff are pretty amazing people. But thats not enough to convince me to keep her there. This will be her last year there unfortunately.
