To piggy back on the last review. This place is very unprofessional. When you asked question in knowledgeable in this area they want to label you. My son is my everything they dont keep therapist. My son has been there since August and have had 3 bcbas. Ridiculous. Then the administration coordinator milla is rude. Oh and then the BCBA mention that my son was diagnosed wrong. As well as the therapist approaching me saying allTypes of crazy stuff about my son. I promise they do not care about these children. I will spread the word. Dont bring your children here. Ive never been more disgusted with a service in my life . If you want your kiddos to thrive dont bring your kiddos here. They justCare about the money. X

Since our son has begun ABA therapy with Behavioral Innovations his developmental growth has been amazing. Mrs. Kimberly Turner BCBA is very informative and helpful in our sons progression she truly cares. The staff are amazing and great at communicating how our sons day went. Ms.Melanie is one of the RBTs that goes out of her way to communicate with me on our sons struggles and mile stones through out the day. Very greatful and thankful for Behavioral Innovations commitment to our son.

This place is like the Walmart of ABA they cant keep employees because they do not value them creating a constant turn over or not just therapist but as well with bcbas the person who makes plans for your child The new therapist are just that new not experienced and every time this happens you have to have your child miss one day a week. My daughter was there a little over a year and this happened 2 times and for a 6 peek period. Do your research the kids deserve better than this and there are much better center based therapy available than this money grab of a company . Hope this helps

Our son has been attending BI for a little over a month and we are so pleased at the attentive and friendly care he is receiving. The whole team has been a delight to work with thus far.

When I dropped my student off this morning and several mornings none of these ladies are even wearing mask I dont feel they take any safety precautions due to COVID 19 and happen to be the most rude Ive had to deal with yet there not even worthy of one start let alone five I dont recommend this specific location and if you have children who attend please be careful and take all the safety precautions needed at home because behavioral innovations of Benbrook is not
