I worked for this company in a consultative capacity as a BCBA. ALL of the staff, from the CEO to the direct care professionals were dedicated, diligent, and ethical in their interactions with both clients as well as their colleagues. I have never had so much fun, working so hard!

Beaming Review
Working for this company was an incredibly negative experience. Leadership, particularly the CEO, was dismissive, condescending, and retaliatory. Concerns about scheduling, communication, and ethical standards were ignored or met with hostility, and employees were frequently gaslit for speaking up.
As an RBT on the spectrum, I expected support and professionalism, but instead, I was met with a toxic work environment where both employees and client families were treated poorly. The lack of respect, accountability, and fairness from leadership makes it impossible to recommend this company to anyone.

The goal is to help people learn all that they can so they can live to their potential while embracing their unique, individual personality traits. Here's our complete guide to start and end ABA therapy.
ABA is usually covered by insurance if you have an autism diagnosis. Autism is typically the only diagnosis insurance will authorize for ABA services since its benefits have been researched extensively.
