My son goes for social skills here and he loves coming to do all the fun activities they have for that day. He said he has made a lot of friends from the kids that go there as well as the staff. Any concerns I have the staff is very good about getting back to me and addressing them as well as updating me on what is being worked on and how well my son is doing.

My son has improved in his social skills in a short period of time. He went from running away from kids to pulling them towards him because he wants to play with them. I would highly recommend the social skills therapy They have so many fun activities my kiddo loves coming.

My daughter is 3 an has Autism she can be a little aggressive at times but she has been improving little by little. She likes going to her sessions having fun learning an I love that shes happy trying to be a big girl now. Thank you Behavior Genius.

My son has been with this company for almost over a year and he has barely improved because they keep changing his BTs and Managers and every time they change he has to start over again. I do not mind waiting for a BT with good experience but they always give me people that are more like babysitters rather than BTs because they do not know how to handle my son when he has a tantrum and have no experience working with autistic kids.

Shes puts down moms and tries to scold moms as if she has any clue as to how to raise a child. She tries to implement her own agenda and encourages you to go against doctors and psychologist so be very careful in what you confide with her. She is not a person to trust and very childish. Very unprofessional. Sends condescending texts in emojis. I heard her bad mouthing me over the phone and then laughing about how she treated me and spoke to me.Behavior techs are kids still in school with no experience. Most of them dont care and are there for a paycheck.My son got covid twice from his bts.We were forced to miss a lot of behavior therapy sessions because our bt at the time had other arrangements or didnt want to work that day and we loved her so we did our best to accommodate her schedule but towards the end we were reprimanded and blamed for missing so much time after our bt asked us to take time off. She asked us not to say anything and put us in a bad position and came up with a sad sob story about family issues. She later told us family issues were a lie just to get out of work.Some Behavior techs talk poorly about kids and ignore them.Unless a supervisor is present the techs dont really engage the child. Instead kids watch TV or play by themselves.When covid was at its peak no one cared about masks.My son was injured at behavior Genius I asked to review the camera footage and was denied. My son limped around for 3 days. Owner said she saw nothing on cameras.

HelloPlease dont sign your child with Behavior Genius Therapy. We signed in our son who has autism and was on a wait list for 6 month. When he had his evaluation and orientation. He had to wait until they had a Therapist for him. Then he finally started after 8 months with a ABA Therapist. The Therapist had zero experience and the only 0nly thing he would do at this facility was just playing all day long. The stuff of this place isunprofessional and disrespectful.They Therapists at Behavior Genius has no experience with Autism or other illnesses the facilitjust hire anyone.Please do your own research before signing your child with Behavior Genius Therapy.

Behavior Genius changed my entire career and my life Porsha gave alllll the secrets to be successful in this entrepreneurial journey. They were not secrets to her she told us the ends and outs and what step to take first. She is really here for the success for others.I was apart of the Radical OBM cohort and I would not have been starting my business this soon if it were not for her. I honestly feel that I was waiting for information and how to be successful and that is exactly what I received.

Im so disappointed in this business that I dont even know if I want to continue with them and we havent even started. I had one child that I literally contacted them for back in Fall. It took months for them to respond. We eventually had him assessed. I went on to have three other kids get tested. I have called multiple times. The director hasnt reviewed the assessment it hasnt been submitted to the director or insurance company. No one even answers the phone. In the mean time I do have one child approved but Im waiting so I can send them all together. Half our summer is over while weve been waiting and they dont even care. I guess its time to start the process all over again.

Parents please do some more research about these companies that are supposed to help kiddos with behavioral issues . We were with this company for less than 5 months and we had a change in Behavioral therapists 3 times . Switched supervisors twice . They are a VERY sloppy company . Hiring people who arent required to have any background with children with disabilities. . Very unprofessional company someone needs to seriously step in and help this company out in correcting so many wrongs that this company has going on

They also proved other services such as social group and creative skills which my son loves and I love the opportunity he has to have fun and be social.
