Behavior Frontiers - Orange County

Working at Behavior Frontiers was an experience that I will cherish very much Working as a BT was not easy but extremely rewarding. It helped me to cultivate patience and understanding but the best part of it all is seeing the kiddos improve. The staff here has also been super helpful and forgiving and that supported me so much. Overall my time working at Behavior Frontiers has been wonderful and hope to take the things Ive learned here with me wherever I go in the future.

I worked at this company for a year and a half and during that time I genuinely loved my job and took great pride in supporting my clients. Unfortunately I was let go which I accepted as part of the business. However what transpired afterward was unacceptable.Firstly I did not receive my final paycheck on my last day and it wasnt issued until five days later. Moreover the company accused me of stealing their iPad because they failed to send the return box to my address. Despite numerous phone calls and emails from them I consistently informed them that I had not received the package needed to return the device. When they instructed me to personally drive the iPad to Los Angeles I declined and suggested they arrange for its collection. After that I never heard back from them regarding the iPad.Additionally the company has refused to send me my pay stubs which I needed to apply for unemployment benefits. Despite multiple email requests and pointing out that withholding pay stubs violates Californias labor laws they have not complied.This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing especially given the dedication and passion I had for my role.

My daughter has been with behavior frontier for 5 years and our experience with them have been amazing. Behavior frontiers have been there to support us in anything we needed with school and home support. I am grateful for the ladies Shandori H. Mindy C. Gilda G and Jessica A for working with my daughter and giving her the best support she needed. Thank you so much for all the years. I will forever be grateful.

ABA services for my child have been extremely professional and effective. Everyone Ive been in contact with including the clinical director case manager behavioral therapists schedulers etc. have been very helpful and communicative. Questions I ask are usually answered immediately if not in person then by text or email so I am always informed about my childs progress.We have daily sessions with our therapists and the case manager checks in weekly either virtually or in person. Goals for our child are set clearly and are reviewed with us monthly. There are some cancellations on both sides but we work with the scheduler who does a good job setting up makeup sessions. Everyone seems like they truly care about my child and they work really hard as a team to achieve goals for her development.After starting therapy my 2.5 year old daughter who is on the spectrum seems like a completely different child now. She was nonverbal when we first started and is now communicating very well and interacting with our family and other children much better.Overall I am very satisfied with the treatment my child has been given and highly recommend BF.

Been using them even prior to my 2 yr olds diagnosis. We are seeing massive improvement in her speech and overall cognitive levelAlso really great staff overall. Our BCBA Savannah Reid BTs Rubie Erica Annie Jonna Sheila- all wonderful to work with. My kid loves therapy so its really working really well.They have tried very hard to accommodate and get all of my daughters recommended hours in. Lets not forget the scheduler Lorena She is wonderful as well.Pretty much from BT to supervisor scheduler and even their billing people- Ive had zero issues. So I am highly recommending this company. We wish we didnt have a child diagnosed with autism as Im sure no one does. But if you need services this company is does a great job

Best ABA company by far. We feel truly blessed to have been guided to this company. Weve had a previous ABA company before that was not a good experience for our family. And once BF came in the picture its changed our whole outlook on ABA for the better. What wonderful staff Shoutout to Andrea and Savannah for being so accommodating professional and helpful in so many ways . Mark my sons BT whom we adore. I couldnt have chose a better team for my son. Thank you all so much

Behavior Frontiers is amazing. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My son has been receiving about 18-20 hours of therapy and the immense progress he has been making is just unbelievable. In the past year his eye contact response to his name and social skills have improved exceedingly. We are so happy and grateful to have found such experienced kind and compassionate behavior therapists. I couldnt thank Yvonne and Tamara enough for all their hard work dedication and patience with our son. My husband and I are so impressed with how much progress our son has made because of them. I also love that they listen to our concerns and goals we have for our son. It also makes me so happy that our son enjoys his therapy sessions as he is learning and achieving his goals. From the very beginning I was so impressed with the clinical director Shandori and case manager Elizabeth. They were so knowledgeable friendly and the whole process was so easy. It made my husband and I feel so comfortable and happy to know our son is in great hands. They have been working as a team and are so involved with our sons progress. We have learned so much from them. They are always sharing great insight and strategies to help us and our son. Im also so thankful for how much they include my other son during therapy sessions as well.

I cant say enough good things about the team that Behavior Frontiers has provided for my two boys. My older son 4 yrs. old started at around 18 months with his team and my little one has been with them for a little less than a year now. The therapists and all team members we have worked with have been so friendly knowledgeable and great with my little guys. The progress that they have made is huge I would absolutely recommend this company and my sons amazing team members to anyone looking for help with their kiddos.

Best behavior company I had had for my son. My son is an adorable hands full child with lots of behavior and deafness and thanks to Giovanni Violeta and Stephanie that had been working with him he is able to communicate and behaviors are easier to handle. I also want to thank Jennifer and her boss and everyone that works in the office recently just change insurance and they help me with everything to get back Therapy session. I am so thankful and greatful that I got their services. I feel blessed. Thank you all for the hard work and the patience they have with my child.

This is my second review for Behavior Frontiers. My daughter received therapy for 805 Early Start Services when she was 24 months. My sons case manager Najmia was the one who brought up the possible delays that my daughter was exhibiting at 16 months and sure enough she has speech delay and was showing atypical behaviors at the time. The program that my daughters team created has helped her tremendously in her development. She is now a very talkative 3 years old. Weve known our case manager Njamia since my son was 3.5 years old til now 10 years old. Jonna is one of our favorite BTs. She is very professional and kind to my kids. My husband and I highly recommend Behavior Frontiers to any family looking for services for their kids. They are extremely professional from the assistant clinical directors to BTs.
