Parent Perspective

“My daughter started ABA therapy with Behavior Frontiers 4 years ago and I have noticed a lot of improvements in her behavior since then. She's had many behavior technicians over the years and every single one has been very patient and very helpful in helping her progress each session. One of the many improvements that I am thankful for is her speech. My daughter started out just pointing in a general direction assuming we'd know what she wants and would constantly have meltdowns when we couldn't guess. Over time she learned through ABA to use her words to ask us. I was really amazed and very happy the first time I heard her ask for a toy or snack. Sessions can sometimes be hard for her and her technicians, and they're very accommodating when she doesn't feel like working that day or is having a difficult time. Overall, I'm very happy with Behavior Frontiers and the service they provide.”

Data-Driven Clinical Outcomes Now Available!

At Behavior Frontiers, families tell us they feel a difference the moment they walk through our doors. In a 2025 survey, our families reported being twice as satisfied compared to the average autism care provider, and that’s because they know their child is seen as an individual—not a number or a diagnosis. There are no cookie-cutter plans here. Every therapy program is thoughtfully tailored to match a child’s unique strengths, interests, and goals, allowing their personality to shine through while we nurture the comprehensive skills they need to thrive. That personalized care is powered by our built-from-scratch PrioraCare™ data platform, which goes beyond standard progress tracking by giving clinicians the ability to adjust therapy in real time based on each child’s growth. This means every step forward is purposeful, personal, and designed to last. And because Behavior Frontiers was founded by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), families can trust that our leadership is rooted in a deep, clinical understanding of autism—something few other organizations can offer. That’s why so many families choose Behavior Frontiers: a place where children can shine, and families know they’re never walking this journey alone.

Founding Story

Behavior Frontiers was founded in 2004 by Helen Mader, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who believed every child with autism deserves to live a world without limits. Guided by that vision, she created Behavior Frontiers to provide personalized, science-backed ABA therapy that helps children find their voices, build essential life skills, and develop the confidence to shine. From the start, we've championed milestones that once felt out of reach—and with each success, our commitment has only grown stronger. Today, that mission is woven into the very fabric of our services through our dedicated team of clinicians, state-of-the-art centers, and our innovative PrioraCare™ data platform, which allows clinicians to adjust your child's therapy plan in real time based on progress—ensuring the most effective, individualized care. While our reach has expanded, our heart has never changed: we’re here to walk beside you with warmth, advocacy, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

The number of recommended therapy hours is based on your child’s individual needs, goals, and assessment results. Just like a doctor carefully determines the right amount of medication for you or your child to thrive, our clinical team designs a personalized plan that provides the right level of support for meaningful, lasting progress. For many young children, this often means a comprehensive program ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week—always tailored to what will benefit your child most.

Your child’s day will include a balance of 1:1 therapy, play-based learning, social skill-building, interacting with peers, working on daily routines, all customized to their unique therapy plan. We aim to create a fun, engaging, and progress-focused environment.

Our center-based ABA program is designed for early autism intervention and is accepting young children up to age 6. For children and young adults who are older, we also offer in-home ABA services for individuals under 25.

Yes! While our center-based ABA program serves children up to age 6, we offer in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism up to age 25.
