Do NOT do business with this place. We took our asd daughter in for an assessment for services. We were assured by them and the insurance company that it would be 100 covered. We randomly got a 300 charge today to our bank account for no reason. She was never enrolled and hasnt been back since so why did I get charged I talked to Behavior Exchange right after but they couldnt tell us why they charged us other than blaming my insurance. We also spoke to our insurance company next who stated it should be covered completely. So now Im out 300 and in disbelief with their business practices... Use at your own risk

Unfortunately after more than 3 years of excellent experience at The Behavior Exchange one particular policy has pretty much ruin our experience. To all future parents I would like you to understand their CancellationVacation Policy. They do not have excuse abscenses so you either pay 50 from unexcused absences or 25 for excused absences. Even in our case we submitted a vacation request 4 MONTHS in advance to give them time to update their schedule but they still end up charging us 25 per missed day. To me that is unacceptable especially considering they can take a day off for staff developmental day and notify parents just 2 weeks prior with no recourse for parents.Update 9319 - Our child has been out of school for more than 3 weeks and now we got a backdated charge dated February of an additional charge of 100.00. No other additional explanation on charge. DO NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DEBIT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

My son was badly abused and neglected by Disd earlier this year and they promised our family therapy to work with and help us gather our selves and cope with life and build on our strengths. We only got 2 hours of family therapy in 3 months. They worked with our son on things to mask his autism and not help it. For instance they wanted our pictures early to drill in to him hi mommy instead of helping him to learn things like hurt or hungry. Now they are harassing us by sending cops to our house and calling all of our emergency contacts continuously since we have pulled our son out of their tormented therapy. I never right reviews but my God I have to let the world know how horrible this was for my child this summer. He regressed wouldnt come out of his room peed in the corner and I knew something was really wrong like I had seen earlier this year. Everyday I picked him up from here everyone was so happy and they said everything was great but even a typical 8 year old doesnt have great days all the time. I fear for the kids that the are teaching to just be happy and not work through their real feelings. After researching this positive Aba they are practicing I found it has a higher suicide rate. Aba does work if it is done correctly but they have it all wrong. Please if you are still considering this place because you have high hopes for your child look at the glass door reviews and see what the staff says after working there.

We are brand-new to ABA and have been so impressed with everyone at The Behavior Exchange - from my initial phone call inquiring about services to the daily reports from the therapists the communication is fantastic Everyone on the staff is so friendly and positive. Our son absolutely loves going every day he is in a great mood when we drop him off in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. Most importantly we are seeing real progress We are proud to be a Behavior Exchange family

Horrible communication and had to continuously call to get my son scheduled for the evaluation that they wanted to do. Lots of being given the run around. I ended up going with another facility. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

We almost sent our child here and are very relieved that we didnt. Among the many reasons- Questionable oversight as a parent you cannot arrive at the facility to see how your child is being treated. Any parent visits must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. What are you doing with my child that you need 3 days advance notice for me to see This does not fill me with confidence at all. What are you hiding We were also not allowed to be present during the evaluation which is very unusual. At the end of the evaluation our child was extremely upset and in tears.- Unrealistic attendance policy. Children are allowed very few I think 10 days off per year. Any more than that and you have to pay for the day. Now remember that insurance wont pay for days the child does not attend so you are out of pocket several hundreds of dollars PER DAY for absences. Please read the attendance policy very carefully.- Fraudulent billing although I didnt send my child here my credit card has been charged more than once for things I did not authorize. The first time it took about a dozen phone calls and half a dozen emails from me to get them to reverse the unauthorized payment. The second time its been 4 phone calls and counting. I had to go through the inconvenience of changing my credit card number because I simply dont trust them to not make any more unauthorized charges.Overall I get the impression that this place has highly questionable business practices. As a parent I simply cannot recommend this place to any other parent or to any child to go to.
