Our experience with some staff has been marvelous until we needed to speak up in self advocacy and billing discrepancies. The reason for a low star review rating really comes down to billing practices ethics and concerns around dignity in care and responsibility for appropriate treatment. The owner can often be rigid in her thinking and inflexible in terms of hearing opinions outside of her own including seeking the collateral information of prescribers collaborating with family without making biased decisions from an uneducated stance and lastly her lack of scruples regarding managing funds billing and using patients overpaymentsreimbursements without permission which is an ethical dilemma in healthcare and controlling. Ultimately many red flags in our case and ethical issues took place that patientsfamilies should attune themselves to. No agency should hold several thousand dollars of your funds and then use it as a tactic to disrupt your thinking and concerns process to then abruptly discharge you when you then ellucidate this concern as power and abuse in healthcare. It leaves a parent feeling hurt scammed abused and distrustful.

PositiveProfessionalismQualityResponsivenessValueI spoke with the owner Laura. Although my insurance isnt accepted at this location she was VERY helpful with answering my questions. She took it upon herself to go the extra mile and send me an email to help assist me with other ABA therapies in the area that work with my insurance. It was nice speaking with her.
